ਨਸ਼ਾਯਦਦਿਗ਼ਰਦੀਦਜੁਜ਼ਯਕਕਰੀਮ॥੭੮॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਰੱਬ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ॥੭੮॥
So that they could not be noticed by any body,(78)
ਬਮੁਲਕੇਹਬਸ਼ਆਮਦਆਂਨੇਕਖ਼ੋਇ॥
ਉਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਨੇਕ ਸੁਭਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਬਸ਼ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਗਏ।
They both had reached a congenial and amicable country,
ਯਕੇਸ਼ਾਹਜ਼ਾਦਹਦਿਗ਼ਰਖ਼ੂਬਰੋਇ॥੭੯॥
ਇਕ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਬੇਟਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਵਜ਼ੀਰ ਦੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਸੀ ॥੭੯॥
And one was the son of the king and other the daughter of the minister.(79)
ਦਰਆਂਜਾਬਿਆਮਦਕਿਬਿਨਸ਼ਸਤਹਸ਼ਾਹ॥
ਉਹ ਉਥੇ ਆ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਜਿਥੇ (ਹਬਸ਼ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ) ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਬੈਠਾ ਸੀ।
Then they reached the place where a king was seated,
ਨਸ਼ਸਤੰਦਸ਼ਬਰੰਗਜ਼ਰਰੀਂਕੁਲਾਹ॥੮੦॥
ਰਾਤ ਵਰਗੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਸੁਨਹਿਰੀ ਰੰਗ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਧਾਰਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੁਸ਼ੋਭਿਤ ਸੀ ॥੮੦॥
The king was as dark as night, and that black-ruler had a golden cap on.(80)
ਬਦੀਦੰਦਓਰਾਬੁਖ਼ਾਦੰਦਪੇਸ਼॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਕੋਲ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ
He saw them and called them nearer him,
ਬਗੁਫ਼ਤੰਦਕਿਏਸ਼ੇਰਆਜ਼ਾਦਕੇਸ਼॥੮੧॥
ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਹੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਧਰਮ ਵਾਲਿਓ! ॥੮੧॥
And said, ‘Oh my lion hearted ones and the ones of independent will,(81)
ਜ਼ਿਮੁਲਕੇਕਦਾਮੀਤੁਬਮਨਬਗੋ॥
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਸੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ,
‘What country you belong to and what is your name?
ਚਿਨਾਮੇਕਿਰਾਤੋਬਈਂਤਰਫ਼ਜੋ॥੮੨॥
ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਭਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹੋ ॥੮੨॥
‘And who are you trying to find in this part of the world?’(82)
ਵਗਰਨਹਮਰਾਤੋਨਗੋਈਂਚੁਰਾਸਤ॥
ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਚ ਨਾ ਦਸਿਆ,
‘If you don’t tell me the truth,
ਕਿਮੁਰਦਨਸ਼ਿਤਾਬਅਸਤਏਜ਼ਦਗਵਾਹਸਤ॥੮੩॥
ਤਾਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਮਰਨਾ ਪਏਗਾ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਬ ਗਵਾਹ ਹੈ ॥੮੩॥
‘Then, God witness, your death is certain.’(83)
ਸ਼ਹਿਨਸ਼ਾਹਿਪਿਸਰੇਮਮਾਯੰਦਰਾ॥
(ਉਸ ਲੜਕੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ) ਮੈਂ ਮਾਯੰਦਰਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਹਾਂ
‘I am the son of the ruler of the country of Mayindra,
ਕਿਦੁਖ਼ਤਰਵਜ਼ੀਰਅਸਤਈਂਨੌਜਵਾ॥੮੪॥
ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਮੁਟਿਆਰ ਉਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਵਜ਼ੀਰ ਦੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਹੈ ॥੮੪॥
‘And she is the daughter of the Minister.’(84)
ਹਕੀਕਤਬਗੁਫ਼ਤਸ਼ਜ਼ਿਪੇਸ਼ੀਨਹਹਾਲ॥
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੋ ਬੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਸਿਆ
He narrated all what had happened previously,
ਕਿਬਰਵੈਚੁਬੁਗਜ਼ਸ਼ਤਚੰਦੀਂਜ਼ਵਾਲ॥੮੫॥
ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਜੋ ਔਕੜਾਂ ਆਈਆਂ ਸਨ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਦਸੀਆਂ ॥੮੫॥
And explained all the afflictions they had passed through.(85)
ਬਮਿਹਰਸ਼ਦਰਾਮਦਬਗ਼ੁਫ਼ਤਅਜ਼ਜ਼ੁਬਾ॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ) ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਹਰ ਆਈ
He (King) was overwhelmed with their affection,
ਮਰਾਖ਼ਾਨਹਜਾਏਜ਼ਿਖ਼ੁਦਖ਼ਾਨਹਦਾ॥੮੬॥
ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਘਰ ਸਮਝੋ ॥੮੬॥
And said, ‘Consider my house as your own.’(86)
ਵਜ਼ਾਰਤਖ਼ੁਦਸ਼ਰਾਤੁਰਾਮੇਦਿਹਮ॥
ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਜ਼ੀਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ
‘I hand over to you my ministerial affairs,
ਕੁਲਾਹੇਮੁਮਾਲਕਤੁਬਰਸਰਨਿਹਮ॥੮੭॥
ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਕਈ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਧਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੮੭॥
‘Along with that I will put several countries under your jurisdiction.’(87)
ਬਗੁਫ਼ਤੰਦਈਂਰਾਵਕਰਦੰਦਵਜ਼ੀਰ॥
ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਜ਼ੀਰ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ
With this pronouncement he was appointed the Minister,
ਕਿਨਾਮੇਵਜਾਬੂਦਰੌਸ਼ਨਜ਼ਮੀਰ॥੮੮॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਜ਼ਮੀਰ' ਸੀ ॥੮੮॥
And given the title of Roshan Zameer, the enlightened consciousness.(88)
ਬਹਰਜਾਕਿਦੁਸ਼ਮਨਸ਼ਨਾਸਦਅਜ਼ੀਮ॥
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਦੇਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ
(After taking over,) Whenever he encountered an enemy,
ਦਵੀਦੰਦਬਰਵੈਬਹੁਕਮੇਕਰੀਮ॥੮੯॥
ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉਤੇ ਦੌੜ ਕੇ ਜਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ ॥੮੯॥
With God’s benevolence, he raided the adversary.(89)
ਕਿਖ਼ੂਨਸ਼ਬਰੇਜ਼ੀਦਕਰਦੰਦਜ਼ੇਰ॥
ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਡੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
He would not hesitate to spill his own blood,
