ਅਜੇਯੰਅਭੇਯੰਅਨਾਮੰਅਠਾਮੰ॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ) ਅਜਿਤ, ਭੈ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਬਿਨਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਹੈਂ।
He is unconquerable, Indistinguishable, Nameless and Placeless
ਮਹਾਜੋਗਜੋਗੰਮਹਾਕਾਮਕਾਮੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਮਹਾ ਯੋਗ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾ ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਹੈਂ।
He is a Superb Practicing Yogi, He is the Supreme Ravisher
ਅਲੇਖੰਅਭੇਖੰਅਨੀਲੰਅਨਾਦੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਲੇਖੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ, ਭੇਖ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ, ਗਿਣਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁੱਢ ਦੇ ਹੈਂ।
He is Accountless, Garbless, Stainless and without Beginning
ਪਰੇਯੰਪਵਿਤ੍ਰੰਸਦਾਨ੍ਰਿਬਿਖਾਦੰ॥੬॥
(ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ) ਪਰੇ ਹੈਂ, ਪਵਿਤਰ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈਂ ॥੬॥
He is in the Yond, Immaculate and ever without Contention. 6
ਸੁਆਦੰਅਨਾਦੰਅਨੀਲੰਅਨੰਤੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਸਭ ਦਾ ਆਦਿ ਹੈਂ, ਆਪ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਹੈਂ; ਗਿਣਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈਂ।
He is the Primal, Orignless, Stainless and Endless
ਅਦ੍ਵੈਖੰਅਭੇਖੰਮਹੇਸੰਮਹੰਤੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਦ੍ਵੈਸ਼-ਰਹਿਤ, ਭੇਖ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈਂ।
He is Blemishless, Guiseless, Master of the earth and the destroyer of Pride
ਨਰੋਖੰਨਸੋਖੰਨਦ੍ਰੋਹੰਨਮੋਹੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਨਾ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਨਾ ਸੁਕਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਨਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਦਗ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੋਹ ਹੈ।
He is Ireless, Ever fresh, Deceitless and Non-attached
ਨਕਾਮੰਨਕ੍ਰੋਧੰਅਜੋਨੀਅਜੋਹੰ॥੭॥
ਨਾ (ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ) ਕਾਮਨਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਹੈ, (ਤੂੰ) ਅਜੂਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਹੈਂ ॥੭॥
He is Lustless, Angerless, Birthless and Sightless. 7
ਪਰੇਯੰਪਵਿਤ੍ਰੰਪੁਨੀਤੰਪੁਰਾਣੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ ਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਣੀ ਤੋਂ) ਪਰੇ ਹੈਂ; ਪਵਿਤਰ, ਪਾਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਹੈਂ।
He is in the Yond, Immaculate, Most Holy and Ancient
ਅਜੇਯੰਅਭੇਯੰਭਵਿਖ੍ਯੰਭਵਾਣੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਅਜਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਭੈ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈਂ; (ਤੂੰ) ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿਖਤ ਵਿਚ (ਮੌਜੂਦ) ਹੈਂ।
He is Unconquerable, Indistinguishable, Will be in future and is always Present
ਨਰੋਗੰਨਸੋਗੰਸੁਨਿਤ੍ਯੰਨਵੀਨੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਰੋਗ-ਸੋਗ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਨਵੀਨ ਹੈਂ।
He is without ailment and sorrow and is ever new
ਅਜਾਯੰਸਹਾਯੰਪਰਮੰਪ੍ਰਬੀਨੰ॥੮॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਜਨਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਂਦਾ, (ਸਭ ਦਾ) ਸਹਾਇਕ ਹੈਂ, ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਪੁਣ ਹੈਂ ॥੮॥
He is Birthless, He is the Supporter and is Supremely dexterous. 8
ਸੁਭੂਤੰਭਵਿਖ੍ਯੰਭਵਾਨੰਭਵੇਯੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਭੂਤ, ਭਵਿਖਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ।
He Pervades in the Past, Future and Present
ਨਮੋਨ੍ਰਿਬਕਾਰੰਨਮੋਨ੍ਰਿਜੁਰੇਯੰ॥
(ਹੇ) ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ! (ਤੈਨੂੰ) ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ, (ਹੇ) ਰੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ! (ਤੈਨੂੰ) ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ।
I Salute Him, Who is without vices and without ailments
ਨਮੋਦੇਵਦੇਵੰਨਮੋਰਾਜਰਾਜੰ॥
(ਹੇ) ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਾ! (ਤੈਨੂੰ) ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ, (ਹੇ) ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ! ਤੈਨੂੰ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ।
I Salute Him, Who is the god of gods and king of kings
ਨਿਰਾਲੰਬਨਿਤ੍ਯੰਸੁਰਾਜਾਧਿਰਾਜੰ॥੯॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ) ਆਧਾਰ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਸਦੀਵੀ, ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਰਾਜਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੯॥
He is Supportless, Eternal and Greatest of Emperors. 9
ਅਲੇਖੰਅਭੇਖੰਅਭੂਤੰਅਦ੍ਵੈਖੰ॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ) ਲੇਖੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ, ਭੇਖ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ, ਭੌਤਿਕਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ, ਦ੍ਵੈਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈਂ।
He is Accountless, Guiseless, Elementless and Blemishless
ਨਰਾਗੰਨਰੰਗੰਨਰੂਪੰਨਰੇਖੰ॥
(ਤੇਰਾ) ਨਾ ਰਾਗ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਰੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਰੇਖ ਹੈ।
He is without attachment, colour, form and mark
ਮਹਾਦੇਵਦੇਵੰਮਹਾਜੋਗਜੋਗੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਮਹਾਦੇਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦੇਵ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਯੋਗ ਹੈਂ।
He is the Greatest of gods and the Supreme Yogi
ਮਹਾਕਾਮਕਾਮੰਮਹਾਭੋਗਭੋਗੰ॥੧੦॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾ ਭੋਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਭੋਗ ਹੈਂ ॥੧੦॥
He is the Greatest of the rapturous and the greatest of the Ravishing. 10
ਕਹੂੰਰਾਜਸੰਤਾਮਸੰਸਾਤਕੇਯੰ॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ) ਕਿਤੇ ਰਜੋ, ਸਤੋ ਅਤੇ ਤਮੋ (ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ) ਹੈਂ,
Somewhere He bears the quality of rajas (activity), somewhere tamas (morbidity) and somewhere sattva (rhythm)
ਕਹੂੰਨਾਰਿਕੋਰੂਪਧਾਰੇਨਰੇਯੰ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਇਸਤਰੀ (ਮੋਹਿਨੀ) ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਰ (ਵਿਸ਼ਣੂ) ਹੈਂ।
Somewhere He takes the form of a woman and somewhere man
ਕਹੂੰਦੇਵੀਯੰਦੇਵਤੰਦਈਤਰੂਪੰ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਕਿਤੇ ਦੇਵੀ, ਕਿਤੇ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੈਂਤ ਰੂਪ ਹੈਂ
Somewhere He manifests Himself as a goddess, god and demon
ਕਹੂੰਰੂਪੰਅਨੇਕਧਾਰੇਅਨੂਪੰ॥੧੧॥
ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ (ਤੂੰ) ਅਨੇਕ ਅਨੂਪਮ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ॥੧੧॥
Somewhere He appears in several unique forms. 11
ਕਹੂੰਫੂਲਹ੍ਵੈਕੈਭਲੇਰਾਜਫੂਲੇ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਕਿਤੇ ਫੁਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੋਭ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ,
Somewhere He, taking the form of a flower, is rightly puffed up
ਕਹੂੰਭਵਰਹ੍ਵੈਕੈਭਲੀਭਾਂਤਿਭੂਲੇ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਭੌਰਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਬੇਖ਼ਬਰੀ ਨਾਲ (ਫੁਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਭੁਲਿਆ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
Somewhere becoming a black bee, seems inebriated (for the flower)
ਕਹੂੰਪਵਨਹ੍ਵੈਕੈਬਹੇਬੇਗਿਐਸੇ॥
ਕਿਤੇ (ਤੂੰ) ਪੌਣ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ;
Somewhere becoming the wind, moves with such speed,
ਕਹੇਮੋਨਆਵੇਕਥੌਤਾਹਿਕੈਸੇ॥੧੨॥
ਮੈਥੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਉਸ (ਸਥਿਤੀ) ਦਾ ਕਥਨ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰਾਂ ॥੧੨॥
Which is indescribable, how can I elucidate it?. 12
ਕਹੂੰਨਾਦਹ੍ਵੈਕੈਭਲੀਭਾਂਤਿਬਾਜੇ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਕਿਤੇ ਨਾਦ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਭਲੀ ਭਾਂਤ ਵਜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ,
Somewhere He become a musical instrument, which is played appropriately
ਕਹੂੰਪਾਰਧੀਹ੍ਵੈਧਰੇਬਾਨਰਾਜੇ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ (ਕਮਾਨ ਉਤੇ) ਤੀਰ ਰਖ ਕੇ ਸੋਭ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ।
Somewhere He becomes a hunter who looks glorious with His arrow (in His bow)
ਕਹੂੰਮ੍ਰਿਗਹ੍ਵੈਕੈਭਲੀਭਾਂਤਿਮੋਹੇ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਹਿਰਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ;
Somewhere He becomes a deer and allures exquisitely
ਕਹੂੰਕਾਮਕੀਜਿਉਧਰੇਰੂਪਸੋਹੇ॥੧੩॥
ਕਿਤੇ 'ਰਤੀ' (ਕਾਮ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ) ਵਾਂਗ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ ਸੋਭ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੧੩॥
Somewhere He manifests Himself as Cupid’s wife, with impressive beauty. 13
ਨਹੀਜਾਨਿਜਾਈਕਛੂਰੂਪਰੇਖੰ॥
ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
His Form and Mark cannot be comprehended
ਕਹਾਬਾਸਤਾਕੋਫਿਰੈਕਉਨਭੇਖੰ॥
ਉਸਦਾ ਵਾਸਾ ਕਿਥੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਭੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ?
Where doth He live and what guise doth He adopt?
ਕਹਾਨਾਮਤਾਕੋਕਹਾਕੈਕਹਾਵੈ॥
ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਦਾ ਅਖਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ?
What is His Name and how he is called?
ਕਹਾਮੈਬਖਾਨੋਕਹੇਮੋਨਆਵੈ॥੧੪॥
ਮੈਂ ਕੀ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰਾਂ (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਮੈਥੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ॥੧੪॥
How can I describle? He is Indescribable. 14
ਨਤਾਕੋਕੋਈਤਾਤਮਾਤੰਨਭਾਯੰ॥
ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਪਿਤਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਮਾਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਭਰਾ ਹੈ।
He hath no father, mother and brother
ਨਪੁਤ੍ਰੰਨਪੌਤ੍ਰੰਨਦਾਯਾਨਦਾਯੰ॥
ਨਾ (ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ) ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਪੋਤਰਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਦਾਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਦਾਇਆ (ਖਿਡਾਵਾ) ਹੈ।
He hath no son, no grandson and no male and female nurses
ਨਨੇਹੰਨਗੇਹੰਨਸੈਨੰਨਸਾਥੰ॥
(ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਨਾ ਸਨੇਹ ਹੈ, (ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਨਾ ਘਰ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਸਾਥ ਹੈ;
He hath no attachment, no home, no army and no companion
ਮਹਾਰਾਜਰਾਜੰਮਹਾਨਾਥਨਾਥੰ॥੧੫॥
(ਉਹ) ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਮਹਾਨਾਥ ਹੈ ॥੧੫॥
He is the Great King of kings and Great Lord of lords. 15
ਪਰਮੰਪੁਰਾਨੰਪਵਿਤ੍ਰੰਪਰੇਯੰ॥
(ਉਹ) ਪਰਮ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹੈ, ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਹੈ, ਪਵਿਤਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ (ਮਨ-ਬਾਣੀ ਤੋਂ) ਪਰੇ ਹੈ।
He is Supreme, Ancient, Immaculate and in the Yond
ਅਨਾਦੰਅਨੀਲੰਅਸੰਭੰਅਜੇਯੰ॥
ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ, ਗਿਣਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ, ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੈ।
He is beginningless Stainless, Non-existent and Unconquerable
ਅਭੇਦੰਅਛੇਦੰਪਵਿਤ੍ਰੰਪ੍ਰਮਾਥੰ॥
(ਉਹ) ਭੇਦ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਛੇਦਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ, ਪਵਿਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਹੈ।
He is Indistinguishable, Indestructible, Holy and Paramount
ਮਹਾਦੀਨਦੀਨੰਮਹਾਨਾਥਨਾਥੰ॥੧੬॥
(ਉਹ) ਧਰਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਧਰਮੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਨਾਥ ਹੈ ॥੧੬॥
He is the Most Humble of the meek and Great Lord of lords. 16
ਅਦਾਗੰਅਦਗੰਅਲੇਖੰਅਭੇਖੰ॥
(ਉਹ) ਦਾਗ਼-ਰਹਿਤ, ਫ਼ਰੇਬ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਲੇਖੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਭੇਖ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ।
He is Stainless, Imperishable, Accountless and Guiseless
ਅਨੰਤੰਅਨੀਲੰਅਰੂਪੰਅਦ੍ਵੈਖੰ॥
(ਉਹ) ਅਨੰਤ, ਅਨੀਲ (ਗਿਣਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ) ਅਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਵੈਸ਼ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ।
He is Limitless, Blemishless, Formless and Maliceless
ਮਹਾਤੇਜਤੇਜੰਮਹਾਜ੍ਵਾਲਜ੍ਵਾਲੰ॥
(ਉਹ) ਤੇਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਹਾਤੇਜ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਹਾ ਅਗਨੀ ਹੈ।
He is the Most Effulgent of all lights and Supreme Conflagration of all fires
ਮਹਾਮੰਤ੍ਰਮੰਤ੍ਰੰਮਹਾਕਾਲਕਾਲੰ॥੧੭॥
(ਉਹ) ਮੰਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਹਾ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਹਾ-ਕਾਲ ਹੈ ॥੧੭॥
He is the Supreme Spell of all incantations and Supreme embodiment of Death over all such powers. 17
