ਜਿਵੇਂ ਰੋਗੀ ਦਾਰੋਗ ਜੇ ਵੈਦ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਵਿਖਾਈਏ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਇਲਾਜ ਛਿਨ ਛਿਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਲਾਇਲਾਜ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੰਬਲੀ ਭਿੱਜਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਭਾਰੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਵੈਦ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਪ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਖਿਨ ਖਿਨ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੩॥
