ਜਉਲਉਦੀਪਜੋਤਹੋਤਨਾਹਿਤਮਲੀਨਆਲੀਜਉਲਉਨਾਂਹਿਸਿਹਜਾਕੁਸਮਕੁਮਲਾਤਹੈ।
ਹੇ ਸਖੀ! ਜਦਤਕ ਦੀਵੇ ਦੀ ਲੋਅ ਮੱਧਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਭਾਵ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਦ ਤਕ ਸੇਜਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਕੁਮਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ।
O friend! before dawn when the light of a lamp goes dim and the flowers on the decorated nuptial bed have not yet withered away,
ਜਉਲਉਨਕਮਲਨਪ੍ਰਫੁਲਤਉਡਤਅਲਬਿਰਖਬਿਹੰਗਮਨਜਉਲਉਚੁਹਚੁਹਾਤਹੈ।
ਜਦ ਤਕ ਕਮਲ ਫੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਿੜਦੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਭੌਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਡਦੇ; ਬ੍ਰਿਛਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਜਦ ਤਕ ਪੰਛੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਹਿਚਹਾਉਂਦੇ।
Before the sunrise till the flowers bloom and the bumble bees are not attracted to them and before the dawn when the birds on the tree have not yet started chirping;
ਜਉਲਉਭਾਸਕਰਕੋਪ੍ਰਕਾਸਨਅਕਾਸਬਿਖੈਤਮਚੁਰਸੰਖਨਾਦਸਬਦਨਪ੍ਰਾਤਹੈ।
ਜਦ ਤਕ ਸੂਰਜ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਭਾਵ ਦਿਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ; ਕੁੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਬਾਂਗ ਤੇ ਸੰਖ ਦੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਧੁਨਿ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।

ਤਉਲਉਕਾਮਕੇਲਕਾਮਨਾਸਕੂਲਪੂਰਨਕੈਹੋਇਨਿਹਕਾਮਪ੍ਰਿਯਪ੍ਰੇਮਨੇਮਘਾਤਹੈ।੬੬੧।
ਤਦ ਤਕ ਕਾਮ ਕੇਲ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਨਾਰਿਆਂ ਤਕ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਮਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਹਕਾਮ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨੇਮ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਲਗੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ ॥੬੬੧॥
