ਤਿੱਖੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਖਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ॥੫੭੪॥
The white swords and sharp arrows are being showered.574.

ਜਾਗੜਦੰਗਜੁਝਯੋਭਾਗੜਦੰਗਭ੍ਰਾਤੰ॥
(ਜਦੋਂ ਛੋਟਾ) ਭਰਾ ਮੂਰਛਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
ਰਾਗੜਦੰਗਰਾਮੰਤਾਗੜਦੰਗਤਾਤੰ॥
(ਤਾਂ ਰਾਮ ਚੰਦਰ ਨੇ) ਤੁਰਤ
Ram saw his brother Lakshman fighting,
ਬਾਗੜਦੰਗਬਾਣੰਛਾਗੜਦੰਗਛੋਰੇ॥
(ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਤੀਰ ਛੱਡੇ
ਆਗੜਦੰਗਆਕਾਸਤੇਜਾਨਓਰੇ॥੫੭੫॥
ਮਾਨੋ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਗੜ੍ਹੇ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣ ॥੫੭੫॥
And he discharged the arrows touching the sky.575.
ਬਾਗੜਦੰਗਬਾਜੀਰਥੀਬਾਣਕਾਟੇ॥
(ਰਾਮ ਚੰਦਰ ਦੇ) ਬਾਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ (ਸੂਰਮੇ) ਕੱਟ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਹਨ
ਗਾਗੜਦੰਗਗਾਜੀਗਜੀਵੀਰਡਾਟੇ॥
ਅਤੇ ਗਾਜ਼ੀ ਤੇ ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਵੀ ਡਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
These arrows chopped the riders on chariots and horses, but still the warriors stood firmly in the field
ਮਾਗੜਦੰਗਮਾਰੇਸਾਗੜਦੰਗਸੂਰੰ॥
(ਜੋ ਸੂਰਮੇ) ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ
ਬਾਗੜਦੰਗਬਯਾਹੈਂਹਾਗੜਦੰਗਹੂਰੰ॥੫੭੬॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਹੂਰਾਂ ਵਿਆਹ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ॥੫੭੬॥
Ram killed the brave fighters who were wedded by the heavenly damsels.576.
ਜਾਗੜਦੰਗਜੀਤਾਖਾਗੜਦੰਗਖੇਤੰ॥
(ਰਾਮ ਚੰਦਰ ਨੇ) ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ) ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
ਭਾਗੜਦੰਗਭਾਗੇਕਾਗੜਦੰਗਕੇਤੰ॥
ਅਨੇਕਾਂ (ਵੈਰੀ) ਭੱਜ ਗਏ।
In this way the war was conquered and in this war many warriors fled away
ਸਾਗੜਦੰਗਸੂਰਾਨੁਜੁੰਆਨਪੇਖਾ॥
(ਫਿਰ) ਸੂਰਵੀਰ ਛੋਟੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਕੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ
ਪਾਗੜਦੰਗਪ੍ਰਾਨਾਨਤੇਪ੍ਰਾਨਲੇਖਾ॥੫੭੭॥
(ਜੋ) ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ॥੫੭੭॥
Wherever the brave fighters saw one another, they cleared the account only on sacrificing their lives.577.
ਚਾਗੜਦੰਗਚਿੰਤੰਪਾਗੜਦੰਗਪ੍ਰਾਜੀ॥
ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ (ਰਾਮ ਚੰਦਰ ਦੀ) ਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੋਚ ਕੇ
ਸਾਗੜਦੰਗਸੈਨਾਲਾਗੜਦੰਗਲਾਜੀ॥
(ਬੰਦਰਾਂ ਦੀ) ਸੈਨਾ ਲੱਜਾਵਾਨ ਹੋਈ।
The army felt ashamed on remembering the defeat
ਸਾਗੜਦੰਗਸੁਗ੍ਰੀਵਤੇਆਦਿਲੈਕੈ॥
ਸੁਗ੍ਰੀਵ ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ
ਕਾਗੜਦੰਗਕੋਪੇਤਾਗੜਦੰਗਤੈਕੈ॥੫੭੮॥
(ਸਾਰੇ ਸੈਨਿਕ) ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਤੱਤੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ॥੫੭੮॥
Sugriva and others got highly enraged.578.
ਹਾਗੜਦੰਗਹਨੂਕਾਗੜਦੰਗਕੋਪਾ॥
(ਤਦੋਂ) ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ
ਬਾਗੜਦੰਗਬੀਰਾਨਮੋਪਾਵਰੋਪਾ॥
ਰਣ-ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਰ ਜਮਾਇਆ।
Hanuman was also greatly infuriated and he stood firmly in the battlefield
ਸਾਗੜਦੰਗਸੂਰੰਹਾਗੜਦੰਗਹਾਰੇ॥
(ਜਦੋਂ ਬੂਟੀ ਲਿਆਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ) ਸੂਰਮੇ ਹਾਰ ਗਏ
ਤਾਗੜਦੰਗਤੈਕੈਹਨੂਤਉਪੁਕਾਰੇ॥੫੭੯॥
ਤਾਂ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗਾ ॥੫੭੯॥
All those who fought with him suffered defeat and for this reason Hanuman is called the “killer of all”.579.

ਹੇ ਰਾਮ ਜੀ! ਸੁਣੋ (ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ)
