ਕਰੀਉਦਰਪੂਰਨਾਮਨੋਹਿਤਤਿਸਨਕੇ॥
ਮਾਨੋ ਪੇਟ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਭੁਖੇ ਪਿਆਸੇ (ਵਿਅਕਤੀ) ਨੇ ਪੇਟ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ (ਇੱਛਾ) ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
Then Narada went to meet Krishna, who served him food to his fill
ਰਹਿਓਮੁਨੀਸਿਰਨ੍ਯਾਇਸ੍ਯਾਮਤਰਿਪਗਨਕੇ॥
(ਫਿਰ) ਮੁਨੀ ਸਿਰ ਨਿਵਾ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠ ਗਿਆ
ਹੋਮਨਿਬਿਚਾਰਿਕਹਿਯੋਸ੍ਯਾਮਮਹਾਸੰਗਿਲਗਨਕੇ॥੭੮੩॥
ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ॥੭੮੩॥
The sage stood at the feet of Krishna with bowed head and after reflecting in his mind and intellect, he addressed Krishna with great reverence.783.

ਅਕ੍ਰੂਰਕੇਅਗ੍ਰਹੀਜਾਹਰਿਸੋਮੁਨਿਪਾਪਰਿਕੈਇਹਬਾਤਸੁਨਾਈ॥
ਅਕਰੂਰ ਦੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚਰਨੀ ਪੈ ਕੇ ਮੁਨੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਾਈ।
Before the arrival of Akrur the sage told everything to Krishna
ਰੀਝਰਹਿਓਅਪੁਨੇਮਨਮੈਸੁਨਿਹਾਰਿਕੈਸੁੰਦਰਰੂਪਕਨ੍ਰਹਾਈ॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਰੂਪ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ (ਮੁਨੀ) ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Listening to all the talk, the charming Krishna was pleased in his mind
ਬੀਰਬਡੋਰਨਬੀਚਹਨੋਤੁਮਐਸੇਕਹਿਯੋਅਤਿਹੀਛਬਿਪਾਈ॥
'ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੂਰਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਰੋ', ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਮੁਨੀ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
Narada said, “O Krishna! you have vanquished many heroes in the battlefield and have attained great brilliance
ਆਯੋਹੋਹਉਸੁਘਨੇਰਿਪਘੇਰਿਸਿਕਾਰਕੀਭਾਤਿਬਧੋਤਿਨਜਾਈ॥੭੮੪॥
ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਘੇਰ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓ ॥੭੮੪॥
I hve gathered and left many of your enemies, you may now (go to Mathura and ) kill them784.
ਤਬਹਉਉਪਮਾਤੁਮਰੀਕਰਹੋਕੁਬਲਿਯਾਗਿਰਕੋਤੁਮਜੋਮਰਿਹੋ॥
ਤਦ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ (ਜਦ) ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੁਵਲੀਆਪੀੜ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓਗੇ।
ਮੁਸਟਕਬਲਸਾਥਚੰਡੂਰਹਿਸੋਰੰਗਭੂਮਿਬਿਖੈਬਧਜਉਕਰਿਹੋ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਟਕ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਲ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਰੰਗ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓਗੇ।
“I shall sing your praises if you kill Kuvalyapeer (elephant), kill Chandur on the stage with you fists,
ਫਿਰਿਕੰਸਬਡੇਅਪੁਨੇਰਿਪੁਕੋਗਹਿਕੇਸਤੇਪ੍ਰਾਨਨਕੋਹਰਿਹੋ॥
ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਕੰਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਹਰ ਲਵੋਗੇ।
ਰਿਪੁਮਾਰਿਘਨੇਬਨਆਸੁਰਕੋਕਰਿਕਾਟਿਸਭੈਧਰਪੈਡਰਿਹੋ॥੭੮੫॥
ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਦੈਂਤ ਰੂਪ ਬਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਢ ਕੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਸੁਟ ਦਿਓਗੇ ॥੭੮੫॥
“Annihilate your great enemy Kansa by catching him from his hair and throw on the ground all the demons of the city and the forest after chopping them.”785.

ਨਾਰਦ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਵਿਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ (ਵਿਚਾਰਨ ਲਗਾ)
Saying thus, Narada bade farewell to Krishna and went away
ਅਬਦਿਨਕੰਸਹਿਕੇਕਹਿਯੋਮ੍ਰਿਤਕੇਫੁਨਿਨਿਜਕਾਹਿ॥੭੮੬॥
ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਕਹਿਣ ਲਗਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਕੰਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਨ ॥੭੮੬॥
He thought in his mind that now Kansa had only a few days to live and his life would end very soon.786.

ਆਦਿ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਰੂਪ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
The primal Lord Krishna began to play with the gopis
ਹ੍ਵੈਮੇਢਾਤਸਕਰਕੋਊਕੋਊਪਹਰੂਆਹੋਇ॥੭੮੭॥
ਕੋਈ (ਗੋਪੀ) ਭੇਡੂ, ਕੋਈ ਚੋਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪਹਿਰੇਦਾਰ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ॥੭੮੭॥
Someone played the part of a he-goat, someone of a thief and someone of a policemen.787.

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਗਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬ੍ਰਜਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗੀ ਖੇਡ ਮਚਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
Lord Krishna’s amorous play with the gopis became very famous in the land of Braja
ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿਦੇਖਿਤਬੈਬਿਸ੍ਵਾਸੁਰਹ੍ਵੈਚੁਰਵਾਤਿਨਭਛਨਿਆਯੋ॥
ਗਵਾਲ (ਬਾਲਕਾਂ) ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਤਦੋਂ ਬਿਸ੍ਵਾਸੁਰ ਚੋਰ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਆ ਗਿਆ।
The demon Vishwasura, seeing the gopis came to devour them assuming the form of a thief
ਗ੍ਵਾਰਹਰੇਹਰਿਕੇਬਹੁਤੇਤਿਹਕੋਫਿਰਿਕੈਹਰਿਜੂਲਖਿਪਾਯੋ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਗਵਾਲ (ਬਾਲਕ) ਚੁਰਾ ਲਏ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਵੇਖ ਲਿਆ।
He abducted many gopas and Krishna after a good deal of search recognised him
ਧਾਇਕੈਤਾਹੀਕੀਗ੍ਰੀਵਗਹੀਬਲਸੋਧਰਨੀਪਰਮਾਰਿਗਿਰਾਯੋ॥੭੮੮॥
(ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ) ਭਜ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗਰਦਨ ਪਕੜ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਲ ਪੂਰਵਕ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਪਟਕਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ॥੭੮੮॥
Krishna ran and caught hold of his neck and dashed him against the earth and killed him.788.

ਬਲਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਗਵਾਲ (ਬਾਲਕਾਂ) ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਆ ਗਏ ॥੭੮੯॥
After killing Vishwasura and going such deeds for the sake of saints, Krishna accompanied by Balram, came to his home as the night fell.789.

ਵੈਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ (ਘਰ) ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਅਕਰੂਰ ਕਿਧਰੋਂ ਚਲ ਕੇ ਉਥੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ।
When, after killing the enemy, Krishna was about to go, Akrur arrived there
ਸ੍ਯਾਮਕੋਦੇਖਿਪ੍ਰਨਾਮਕਰਿਓਅਪਨੇਮਨਮੈਅਤਿਹੀਸੁਖੁਪਾਯੋ॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਨਾਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁਖ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
Seeing Krishna and being-extremely pleased, he bowed before him
ਕੰਸਕਹੀਸੋਊਕੈਬਿਨਤੀਜਦੁਰਾਅਪੁਨੇਹਿਤਸਾਥਰਿਝਾਯੋ॥
ਜੋ ਗੱਲ ਕੰਸ ਨੇ ਕਹੀ ਸੀ, ਓਹੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਉਸ ਨੇ) ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
Whatever Kansa has aksed him to do, he did accordingly and thus delighted Krishna
ਅੰਕੁਸਸੋਗਜਜਿਉਫਿਰੀਯੈਹਰਿਕੋਤਿਮਬਾਤਨਤੇਹਿਰਿਲਿਆਯੋ॥੭੯੦॥
ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੰਕਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਲਈਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਲਿਆਇਆ ॥੭੯੦॥
Just as the elephant is directed according to one’s wish with the aid of goad, in the same way Akrur, with the persuasive talk, got the assent of Krishna.790.
ਸੁਨਿਕੈਬਤੀਯਾਤਿਹਕੀਹਰਿਜੂਪਿਤਧਾਮਿਗਏਇਹਬਾਤਸੁਨਾਈ॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ, ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਜੀ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ
ਮੋਹਿਅਬੈਅਕ੍ਰੂਰਕੈਹਾਥਿਬੁਲਾਇਪਠਿਓਮਥੁਰਾਹੂੰਕੇਰਾਈ॥
ਅਤੇ ਇਹ (ਸਾਰੀ) ਗੱਲ ਜਾ ਦਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ (ਕੰਸ) ਨੇ ਹੁਣੇ ਅਕਰੂਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਸਦ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ।
Listening to his words, Krishna went to his father Nand and said, “I have been called by Kansa, the king of Mathura, to come in the company of Akrur
ਪੇਖਤਹੀਤਿਹਮੂਰਤਿਨੰਦਕਹੀਤੁਮਰੇਤਨਹੈਕੁਸਰਾਈ॥
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਨੰਦ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਖ਼ੈਰ ਖ਼ੈਰੀਅਤ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਹੇਕੀਹੈਕੁਸਰਾਤਕਹਿਯੋਇਹਭਾਤਿਬੁਲਿਓਮੁਸਲੀਧਰਭਾਈ॥੭੯੧॥
ਬਲਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ - ਕਾਹਦੀ ਖ਼ੈਰ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ (ਉਸ ਨੇ) ਬੁਲਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੭੯੧॥
Seeing Krishna, Nand said, “Are you alright?” Krishna said, “Why do you ask it?,” saying thus, Krishna also called his brother Balram.791.

(ਅਕਰੂਰ ਦੀ) ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਗਵਾਲ (ਬਾਲਕਾਂ) ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਚਲ ਪਏ।
Listening to their talk and accompanied by the gopas, Krishna started for Mathura
ਬਕਰੇਅਤਿਲੈਪੁਨਿਛੀਰਘਨੋਧਰਕੈਮੁਸਲੀਧਰਸ੍ਯਾਮਅਗੈ॥
(ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ) ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਾਰਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਗੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਤੁਰ ਪਏ।
They also took many he-goats with them and also great quality of milk, Krishna and Balram were in front
ਤਿਹਦੇਖਤਹੀਸੁਖਹੋਤਘਨੋਤਨਕੋਜਿਹਦੇਖਤਪਾਪਭਗੈ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁਖ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਭਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Seeing them extreme comfort is obtained and all the sins are destroyed
