ਜੈਸੇਦ੍ਰੁਮਸਫਲਫਲਤਫਲਖਾਤਨਾਂਹਿਪਥਕਪਖੇਰੂਤੋਰਤੋਰਲੇਜਾਤਹੈ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਫਲਾਂ ਸਹਿਤ ਫਲਦਾ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਆਪ ਫਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਂਦਾ, ਪਰ ਰਾਹੀ ਤੇ ਪੰਛੀ ਤੋੜ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Just as a tree bears sweet fruits but does not eat them itself. Instead birds, travellers pluck and eat them.
ਜੈਸੇਤੌਸਮੁੰਦ੍ਰਨਿਧਿਪੂਰਨਸਕਲਬਿਧਹੰਸਮਰਜੀਵਾਹੇਰਿਕਾਢਤਸੁਗਾਤਹੈ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਧੀਆਂ ਕਰੇ ਆਪ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਹੰਸ ਅਤੇ ਮਰ ਜੀਉੜੇ ਲੱਭ ਲੱਭ ਕੇ ਸੁਗਾਤਾਂ ਅਮੋਲਕ ਰਤਨ ਕੱਢਦੇ ਹਨ।
Just as ocean is full of all sorts of precious pearls and stones but those who have swan like temperament dives in it and relish them.
ਤੈਸੇਨਿਹਕਾਮਸਾਧਸੋਭਤਸੰਸਾਰਬਿਖੈਪਰਉਪਕਾਰਹੇਤਸੁੰਦਰਸੁਗਾਤਹੈ।੫੬੪।
