ਜੈਸੇਅਸ੍ਵਨੀਸੁਤਹਛਾਡਿਅੰਧਕਾਰਿਮਧਜਾਤਿਪੁਨਆਵਤਹੈਸੁਨਤਸਨੇਹਕੈ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਘੋੜੀ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਸਫਰ ਤੇ ਚਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਦ ਮੁੜਕੇ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਸੁਰਤ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Just as a mare leaves the house with her master to help him do his work leaving her colt back home and returns home remembering its young one.
ਜੈਸੇਨਿੰਦ੍ਰਾਵੰਤਸੁਪਨੰਤਰਦਿਸੰਤਰਮੈਬੋਲਤਘਟੰਤਰਚੈਤੰਨਗਤਿਗੇਹਕੈ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸੁੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਦੇਸ ਦੇਸਾਂਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਭਰਮਦਾ ਤੇ ਬੜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜਦ ਜਾਗ੍ਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਝਟ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Just as a sleeping person visits many cities and countries in his dream, mumbles in his throat, but once out of his sleep performs his household duties attentively.
ਜੈਸੇਤਉਪਰੇਵਾਤ੍ਰਿਯਾਤ੍ਯਾਗਹੁਇਅਕਾਸਚਾਰੀਦੇਖਿਪਰਕਰਗਿਰੈਤਨਬੂੰਦਮੇਹਕੈ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਬੂਤਰ ਕਬੂਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਉਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਮਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਐਉਂ ਡੇਗ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੀ ਕਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਡਿਗਦੀ ਹੈ।
Just as a he-pigeon leaves his mate and flies in the sky but seeing his mate, he comes down towards her at such a fast pace as a drop of rain falls from the sky,
ਤੈਸੇਮਨਬਚਕ੍ਰਮਭਗਤਜਗਤਬਿਖੈਦੇਖਕੈਸਨੇਹੀਹੋਤਬਿਸਨਬਿਦੇਹਕੈ।੬੧੬।
ਤਿਵੇਂ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਭਗਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਭਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਕੇ ਮਨ, ਬਚਨ,ਕਰਮ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਸਚਰਜ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਨਿਮਗਨ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੬੧੬॥
Similarly a devotee of the Lord lives in this world and his family but when he sees his beloved Satsangis, he becomes ecstatic of mind, words and deeds. (He becomes absorbed in the loving state that the Lord blesses him with through Naam).
