ਰੂਪਉਹੀਪਟਕੇਰੰਗਹੈਵਹਰੰਗਵਹੈਸਬਹੀਬਛਰਾਕੋ॥
(ਗਵਾਲ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਦਾ) ਉਹੀ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਕਪੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰੰਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰੰਗ ਹੈ।
The same forms the same garments and exactly the same colour of the calves,
ਸਾਝਿਪਰੀਸੋਗਏਹਰਿਜੀਗ੍ਰਹਿਕੋਈਲਖੈਇਤਨੋਬਲਕਾਕੋ॥
ਸੰਧਿਆ ਪੈਣ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ) ਘਰ ਪਰਤੇ। (ਪਰ) ਕਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਇਤਨਾ ਬਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ (ਉਹ ਵਾਸਤਵਿਕ ਭੇਦ) ਸਮਝ ਸਕੇ।
When evening fell, Krishna returned to his home who is there to adjudge his power?
ਮਾਤਪਿਤਾਸੁਲਖੇਨਲਖੇਇਕਆਦਿਕੋਨਾਮੁਮਨੀਮਨਜਾਕੋ॥
ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ, ਬਸ ਕੇਵਲ ਇਕ ਨੇ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੁੱਢ ਤੋਂ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ (ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ) ਮਣੀ ਹੈ।
Brahma thought that the parents would, seeing all this,
ਬਾਤਇਹੀਸਮਝੀਮਨਮੈਇਹਹੈਅਬਖੇਲਸਮਾਪਤਿਵਾਕੋ॥੧੭੯॥
(ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ) ਇਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਮਝੀ (ਕਿ ਇਹੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਬਾਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਛੇ ਹਨ) ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ॥੧੭੯॥
Understand the whole thing and the game of Krishna would now be finished.179.
ਚੂਮਲਯੋਜਸੁਦਾਸੁਤਕੋਸਿਰਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਬਜਾਇਉਠੇਮੁਰਲੀਤੋ॥
ਜਸੋਧਾ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਚੁੰਮ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੁਰਲੀ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਲਗ ਪਏ।
When Krishna played on his flute, Yashoda kissed his head and
ਬਾਲਲਖੇਅਪੁਨੋਨਕਿਨੀਜਨਗੋਦਵਰੀਤਿਹਸੋਹਿਤਕੀਤੋ॥
ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਲਕ ਨਾ ਪਛਾਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਦੌੜ ਕੇ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
None other paid attention to his boy they all loved Krishna
ਹੋਤਕੁਲਾਹਲਪੈਬ੍ਰਿਜਮੈਨਹਿਹੋਤਇਤੇਸੁਕਹੂੰਕਿਮਬੀਤੋ॥
ਸਾਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਜ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਆਨੰਦ ਮੰਗਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਗੁਫਾ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ) ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਬੀਤਿਆ, ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ।
Whatever tumult is there in Braja, such a tumult is not there at any other place it is not being known how the time is passing
ਗਾਵਤਗੀਤਸਨੇਹਰਿਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਲੇਹਬਲਾਇਬਧੁਬ੍ਰਿਜਕੀਤੋ॥੧੮੦॥
ਗਵਾਲ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਜ-ਭੂਮੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਰਨੇ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ॥੧੮੦॥
Krishna began to sing songs with gopis alongwith the newly married women.180.
ਪ੍ਰਾਤਭਏਹਰਿਜੀਉਠਕੈਬਨਬੀਚਗਏਸੰਗਲੈਕਰਬਛੇ॥
ਸਵੇਰ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਉਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਨ ਵਿਚ ਗਏ।
When the day dawned, Krishna again went to the forest taking the calves with him
ਗਾਵਤਗੀਤਫਿਰਾਵਤਹੈਛਟਕਾਗਹਿਗਵਾਰਸਭੈਕਰਿਹਛੇ॥
(ਬਾਲਕ) ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਛਮਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ) ਮਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ (ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਰਾਉਂਦੇ) ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
He saw there all the gopa boys singing songs and twirling their clubs
ਖੇਲਤਖੇਲਤਨੰਦਕੋਨੰਦਸੁਆਪਹੀਤੇਗਿਰਿਕੋਉਠਿਗਛੇ॥
ਖੇਡਦਿਆਂ ਖੇਡਦਿਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਪਰਬਤ ਵਲ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ।
Continuing the play, Krishna went towards the mountain
ਕੋਊਕਹੈਇਹਖੇਦਗਹੈਹਮਕੋਊਕਹੈਇਹਨਾਹਨਿਨਛੇ॥੧੮੧॥
ਕੋਈ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਇਹ ਸੁਅਸਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ॥੧੮੧॥
Someone said that Krishna was angry with them and someone said tht he was unwell.181.
ਹੋਇਇਕਤ੍ਰਸਨੈਹਰਿਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਲੈਅਪੁਨੇਸੰਗਿਪੈਸਭਗਾਈ॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਗਵਾਲ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਸਹਿਤ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗਊਆਂ ਲੈ ਲਈਆਂ।
Krishna moved on with the boys and the cows
ਦੇਖਿਤਿਨੈਗਿਰਿਕੇਸਿਰਤੇਮਨਮੋਹਿਬਢਾਇਸਭੈਉਠਿਧਾਈ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਾੜ ਦੀ ਚੋਟੀ ਉਤੇ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੋਹ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਪਏ।
Seeing them on the top of the mountain all ran towards them gopas also went towards them
ਗੋਪਗਏਤਿਨਪੈਚਲਕੈਜਬਜਾਤਪਿਖੀਤਿਨਨੈਨਨਮਾਈ॥
ਗੋਪ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਚਲ ਕੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗਊ-ਮਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ।
Yashoda also saw this spectacle Krishna was standing there in anger without moving
ਰੋਹਭਰੇਸੁਖਰੇਨਟਰੇਸੁਤਨੰਦਹਿਕੇਕਹੁਬਾਤਸੁਨਾਈ॥੧੮੨॥
ਉਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਉਥੇ ਨਾ ਖੜੋਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਾਈ ॥੧੮੨॥
And all these people told many things to Krishna.182.
ਨੰਦਬਾਚਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਪ੍ਰਤਿ॥
ਨੰਦ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ:

ਕਿਉਸੁਤਗਊਅਨਲਿਆਇਇਹਾਇਹਤੈਹਮਰੋਸਭਹੀਦਧਿਖੋਯੋ॥
(ਹੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ!) ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗਊਆਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਛੇ ਇਥੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਲਿਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਜ਼ਾਇਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
“O son! why have you brought the cows here? In this way, the production of milk for us has declined
ਚੂੰਘਗਏਬਛਰਾਇਨਕੇਇਹਤੇਹਮਰੇਮਨਮੈਭ੍ਰਮਹੋਯੋ॥
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਗਊਆਂ) ਨੂੰ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਚੁੰਘ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਭਰਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
All the calves have drunk their milk and this illusion persists in our mind”
ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਫਰੇਬਕਰਿਯੋਤਿਨਸੋਮਨਮੋਹਮਹਾਤਿਨਕੇਜੁਕਰੋਯੋ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਮਹਾ ਮੋਹ ਪਸਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, (ਉਹ ਅਸਲੋਂ) ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਫ਼ਰੇਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Krishna did not tell them anything and in this way, he increased their feeling of attachment
ਬਾਰਿਭਯੋਤਤਕ੍ਰੋਧਮਨੋਤਿਹਮੈਜਲਸੀਤਲਮੋਹਸਮੋਯੋ॥੧੮੩॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਮਾਨੋ ਅੱਗ ਦਾ ਭਾਂਬੜ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹ ਠੰਡੇ ਜਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੮੩॥
Seeing the form of Krishna, the anger of all cooled down like water.183.
ਮੋਹਿਬਢਿਯੋਤਿਨਕੇਮਨਮੈਨਹਿਛੋਡਿਸਕੈਅਪਨੇਸੁਤਕੋਊ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੋਹ ਵਧਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ (ਫਲਸਰੂਪ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਗਊ) ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਛੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਛਡ ਸਕਦੀ ਸੀ
The affection increased in the minds of all, because no one of them could abandon his son
ਗਊਅਨਛੋਡਿਸਕੈਬਛਰੇਇਤਨੋਮਨਮੋਹਕਰੈਤਬਸੋਊ॥
ਅਤੇ ਚੂੰਕਿ ਗਊਆਂ ਵੱਛੇ ਛਡ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਇਤਨਾ ਮੋਹ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
The affection of cows and calves could be forsaken
ਪੈਗਰੂਏਗ੍ਰਿਹਿਗੇਸੰਗਿਲੈਤਿਨਚਉਕਿਹਲੀਇਹਿਬਾਤਲਖੋਊ॥
(ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਜਿਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ) ਭਾਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਆਂ ਤੇ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ) ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਬਲਭਦਰ ਚੌਂਕ ਪਿਆ
In the way, gradually, remembering all these things all went to their homes
ਦੇਵਡਰੀਮਮਤਾਇਨਪੈਕਿਚਰਿਤ੍ਰਕਿਧੋਹਰਿਕੋਇਹਹੋਊ॥੧੮੪॥
ਕਿ ਕੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੇ (ਗਊਆਂ ਉਤੇ) ਮਮਤਾ ਆਰੋਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਕੋਈ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ ॥੧੮੪॥
Seeing all this Yashoda was also frightened and thought that possible this was some miracle of Krishna.184.
ਸਾਲਬਿਤੀਤਭਇਓਜਬਹੀਹਰਿਜੀਬਨਬੀਚਗਏਦਿਨਕਉਨੈ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਲ ਬੀਤ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਬਨ ਵਿਚ ਗਏ।
ਦੇਖਨਕਉਤਕਕੌਚਤੁਰਾਨਨਸੀਘ੍ਰਭਯੋਤਿਹਕੋਉਠਿਗਉਨੈ॥
(ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ) ਕੌਤਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਉਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਚਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
After the lapse of several years, once Krishna went to the forest, Brahma also reached there in order to see his wonderful play
ਗ੍ਵਾਰਵਹੈਬਛੁਰੇਸੰਗਿਹੈਵਹਚਕ੍ਰਿਤਜਾਇਗਇਓਹੁਇਤਉਨੈ॥
ਉਸ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ (ਉਹ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ) ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹੀ ਗਵਾਲ ਬਾਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਵੱਛੇ ਹਨ।
He was astonished to see the same gopa children and calves that he had stolen
ਦੇਖਿਤਿਨੈਡਰਕੈਪਰਿਪਾਇਨਆਇਕੈਆਨੰਦਦੁੰਦਭਿਛਉਨੈ॥੧੮੫॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਡਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਨਗਾਰਾ ਵਜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਬਸੁਦੇਵ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਕਾਨ੍ਹ) ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਡਿਗ ਪਿਆ ॥੧੮੫॥
Seeing all this, Brahma fell at the feet of Krishna, in fear and in bliss he began to play musical instruments denting rejoicings.185.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਬਾਚਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਜੂਪ੍ਰਤਿ॥
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਾਨ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਕਿਹਾ:

ਹੇਕਰੁਣਾਨਿਧਿਹੇਜਗਕੇਪਤਿਅਚੁਤਹੇਬਿਨਤੀਸੁਨਲੀਜੈ॥
ਹੇ ਕਰੁਣਾ ਨਿਧਾਨ! ਹੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਹੇ ਅਚੁਤ! (ਮੇਰੀ) ਬੇਨਤੀ ਸੁਣੋ।
“O Lord of the world! Treasure of Mercy! Immortal Lord! Listen to my request
ਚੂਕਭਈਹਮਤੇਤੁਮਰੀਤਿਹਤੇਅਪਰਾਧਛਿਮਾਪਨਕੀਜੈ॥
ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਭੁਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ (ਸਾਡਾ) ਅਪਰਾਧ ਖਿਮਾ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ।
I have erred, kindly forgive me for this fault”
ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਕਹੀਇਹਬਾਤਛਿਮੀਹਮਨਬਿਖਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਛਾਡਿਕੈਪੀਜੈ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਮਾਫ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਅਸੀਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਵਿਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੀਂਦੇ।
Krishna said, “I have forgiven, but abandoning the nectary, the poison should not be taken
ਲਿਆਉਕਹਿਓਨਲਿਆਇਹੋਂਜਾਹਸਿਤਾਬਅਈਯੋਨਹੀਢੀਲਕਰੀਜੈ॥੧੮੬॥
(ਫਿਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ) ਕਿਹਾ, (ਵੱਛਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ) 'ਲਿਆਉ' (ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਗੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ) ਲਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ। (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਫਿਰ ਕਿਹਾ) "ਜਲਦੀ ਜਾਉ, ਛੇਤੀ ਮੁੜਿਉ, ਢਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ" ॥੧੮੬॥
Go and bring all the men and animals without delay.”186.
ਲੈਬਛਰੈਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਤਬਹੀਛਿਨਮੈਚਲਕੈਹਰਿਜੀਪਹਿਆਯੋ॥
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਵੱਛੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਛਿਣ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਆ ਗਿਆ।
Brahma brought all the calves and gopas in an instant
ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਮਿਲੇਜਬਹੀਸਭਗ੍ਵਾਰਤਬੈਮਨਮੈਤਿਨਹੰਰਸੁਖਪਾਯੋ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਗਵਾਲ ਬਾਲਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁਖ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
When all the gopa boys met Krishna, all were greatly pleased
ਲੋਪਭਯੋਸੰਗਿਕੇਬਛਰੇਤਬਭੇਦਕਿਨੀਲਖਿਜਾਨਨਪਾਯੋ॥
ਤਦੋਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੱਛੇ ਲੋਪ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ਇਸ ਭੇਦ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਣ ਨਾ ਸਕਿਆ।

ਬਾਲਬੁਝੀਨਕਿਨੀਉਠਿਬੋਲਿਸੁਲਿਆਉਵਹੈਹਮਜੋਮਿਲਿਖਾਯੋ॥੧੮੭॥
ਕਿਸੇ ਗਵਾਲ ਬਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਵੀ (ਇਹ ਗੱਲ) ਨਾ ਸਮਝੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਲਗੇ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਖਾਣਾ ਸੀ, (ਉਹ ਸਾਡਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ) ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਦਿਉ ॥੧੮੭॥
Whatever you have brought, we all may eat it together.”187.
ਹੋਇਇਕਤ੍ਰਕਿਧੋਬ੍ਰਿਜਬਾਲਕਅੰਨਅਚਿਯੋਸਭਨੋਜੁਪੁਰਾਨੋ॥
ਬ੍ਰਜ-ਭੂਮੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਉਹੀ (ਸਾਲ ਭਰ) ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਅੰਨ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕੀਤਾ।
The boys of Braja gathered together all the old food and began to eat it
ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਕਹੀਹਮਨਾਗਹਨ੍ਯੋਹਰਿਕੋਇਹਖੇਲਕਿਨੀਨਹਿਜਾਨੋ॥
ਕਾਨ੍ਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ (ਅਘਾਸੁਰ ਨਾਂ ਦਾ) ਸੱਪ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਖੇਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਿਆ।
Krishna said, “I have killed the Naga (serpent), but none could know about this play
ਹੋਇਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਮਹਾਮਨਮੈਗਰੜਾਧੁਜਕੋਕਰਿਰਛਕਮਾਨੋ॥
ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ('ਗਰੁੜ ਧੁਜ') ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਖਿਅਕ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ।
They were all pleased considering the garuda (blue jay) as their protector
ਦਾਨਦਯੋਹਮਕੋਜੀਅਕੋਇਹਮਾਤਪਿਤਾਪਹਿਜਾਇਬਖਾਨੋ॥੧੮੮॥
(ਅਸੀਂ) ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦਸਾਂਗੇ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ-ਦਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੮੮॥
And Krishna said, “You may tell this at your home that Lord has protected our life.”188.
ਇਤਿਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਬਛਰੇਆਨਪਾਇਪਰਾ॥
ਇਥੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਦਾ ਵੱਛੇ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਪੈਰੀਂ ਪੈਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗ ਸਮਾਪਤ।
