ਸੁਗਨੋਕਹਲਉਤਿਨਕੀਉਪਮਾਅਤਿਹੀਗਨਮੈਮਨਿਤਾਕੀਛਬੈ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਤਕ ਕਰਾਂ, (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਧਿਕ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ (ਹੀ ਚੁਪ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਮੇਟੀ ਰਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ)।
To what extent their glory may be mentioned
ਮਨਭਾਵਨਗਾਵਨਕੀਚਰਚਾਕਛੁਥੋਰੀਯੈਹੈਸੁਨਿਲੇਹੁਅਬੈ॥੫੭੬॥
ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਲਗਣ ਵਾਲੀ (ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ) ਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਥੋੜੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਇਥੇ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਹੁਣ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸੁਣੋ ॥੫੭੬॥
Their beauty has stabilised in my mind now I shall discuss briefly their mind’s desires.576.

ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਚਿਤ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਇਹ) ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ,
ਮੀਤਰਸਹਿਕੀਰੀਤਿਸੋਕਹਿਯੋਸੁਗਾਵਹੁਗੀਤ॥੫੭੭॥
ਹੇ ਮਿਤਰ (ਭਾਵ ਵਾਲੀਓ!) (ਮੈਂ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ-ਰਸ ਦੀ ਰੀਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, (ਤੁਸੀਂ) ਕੋਈ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉ ॥੫੭੭॥
Smiling within his mind, Krishna said to the gopis, “O friends! sing some songs, performing the usage of the amorous pleasure.577.

ਬਤੀਆਸੁਨਿਕੈਸਭਗ੍ਵਾਰਨੀਯਾਸੁਭਗਾਵਤਸੁੰਦਰਗੀਤਸਭੈ॥
(ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ) ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਣ ਲਗੀਆਂ।
Hearing the words of Krishna, all the gopis began to sing
ਸਿੰਧੁਸੁਤਾਰੁਘ੍ਰਿਤਾਚੀਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਇਨਸੀਨਹੀਨਾਚਤਇੰਦ੍ਰਸਭੈ॥
ਰੰਭਾ ('ਸਿੰਧ ਸੁਤਾ') ਅਤੇ ਘ੍ਰਿਤਾਚੀ (ਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ) ਅਪੱਛਰਾਵਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਇੰਦਰ ਸਭਾ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਚ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ।
Even Lakshmi and Ghritachi, the heavenly damsel of the court of Indra cannot dance and sing like them
ਦਿਵਯਾਇਨਕੇਸੰਗਿਖੇਲਤਹੈਗਜਕੋਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਸੁਦਾਨਅਭੈ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ (ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ) ਗਜਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਅਭੈਦਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ('ਦਿਵਯਾ', ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਚੜਕੈਸੁਬਿਵਾਨਨਸੁੰਦਰਮੈਸੁਰਦੇਖਨਆਵਤਤਿਆਗਨਭੈ॥੫੭੮॥
ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਵਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ (ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ) ਨਾਚ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੫੭੮॥
These gopis, having the gait of an elephant are playing with Krishna fearlessly in godly manner and in order to see their amorous play, the gods are coming in their air-vehicles, leaving the heaven.578.
ਤ੍ਰੇਤਹਿਹੋਜਿਨਿਰਾਮਬਲੀਜਗਜੀਤਿਮਰਿਯੋਸੁਧਰਿਯੋਅਤਿਸੀਲਾ॥
ਤ੍ਰੇਤਾ ਯੁਗ ਵਿਚ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਰਾਮ (ਦਾ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ) ਬਲਵਾਨ ਰਾਵਣ ('ਜਗਜੀਤ') ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿ ਅਧਿਕ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਗਾਇਕੈਗੀਤਭਲੀਬਿਧਿਸੋਫੁਨਿਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਬੀਚਕਰੈਰਸਲੀਲਾ॥
(ਉਹੀ ਹੁਣ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ) ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੀਤ ਗਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਾਸ-ਲੀਲਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
The mighty Ram, who had lived the life of character and righteousness on conquering the world in the Treta age, the same is now absorbed in amorous play with the gopis, singing songs very nicely
ਰਾਜਤਹੈਜਿਹਕੋਤਨਸ੍ਯਾਮਬਿਰਾਜਤਊਪਰਕੋਪਟਪੀਲਾ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਵਲਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਪੀਲਾ ਬਸਤ੍ਰ ਸ਼ੋਭ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਖੇਲਤਸੋਸੰਗਿਗੋਪਿਨਕੈਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਜਦੁਰਾਇਹਠੀਲਾ॥੫੭੯॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, (ਉਹੀ ਹੁਣ) ਹਠੀਲੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੫੭੯॥
The yellow garments look splendid on his beautiful body and he is being called the persistent king of Yadavas, the performer of amorous acts with the gopis.579.
ਬੋਲਤਹੈਜਹਕੋਕਿਲਕਾਅਰੁਸੋਰਕਰੈਚਹੂੰਓਰਰਟਾਸੀ॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਕੋਇਲਾਂ ਬੋਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੋਰ ('ਰਟਾਸੀ') ਸ਼ੋਰ ਮਚਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਤਿਹਸ੍ਯਾਮਕੀਦੇਹਰਜੈਅਤਿਸੁੰਦਰਮੈਨਘਟਾਸੀ॥
(ਕਵੀ) ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਥੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਦੇਹ ਕਾਮਦੇਵ ਵਰਗੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
On seeing whom, the nightingale is cooing and the peocock is repeating his utterance, the body of that Krishna seems like the cloud of the god of love
ਤਾਪਿਖਿਕੈਮਨਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਤੇਉਪਜੀਅਤਿਹੀਮਨੋਘੋਰਘਟਾਸੀ॥
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਤਿ ਅਧਿਕ (ਪ੍ਰੀਤ) ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਮਾਨੋ ਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਘਟਾਵਾਂ (ਛਾ ਗਈਆਂ ਹੋਣ)।
ਤਾਮਹਿਯੌਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨਸੁਤਾਦਮਕੈਮਨੋਸੁੰਦਰਬਿਜੁਛਟਾਸੀ॥੫੮੦॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਸਾਰੀਆਂ) ਵਿਚ ਰਾਧਾ ਇੰਜ ਚਮਕ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਮਾਨੋ (ਕਾਲੇ ਬਦਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਬਿਜਲੀ (ਚਮਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ) ॥੫੮੦॥
Seeing Krishna the thundering clouds arose in the minds of gopis and amongst them Radha is flashing like lightining.580.
ਅੰਜਨਹੈਜਿਹਆਖਨਮੈਅਰੁਬੇਸਰਕੋਜਿਹਭਾਵਨਵੀਨੋ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਰਮਾ (ਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ) ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਨੱਥ ਤੋਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਭਾਵ (ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ)।
The eyes in which antimony has been applied and the nose is bedecked with the ornament
ਜਾਮੁਖਕੀਸਮਚੰਦਪ੍ਰਭਾਜਸੁਤਾਛਬਿਕੋਕਬਿਨੇਲਖਿਲੀਨੋ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਛਬੀ ਦੇ ਯਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਵੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ।
The face, whose glory has been seen by the poet like moon
ਸਾਜਸਭੈਸਜਕੈਸੁਭਸੁੰਦਰਭਾਲਬਿਖੈਬਿੰਦੂਆਇਕਦੀਨੋ॥
ਉਸ (ਰਾਧਾ) ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ ਇਕ ਬਿੰਦੀ ਲਾ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
ਦੇਖਤਹੀਹਰਿਰੀਝਰਹੇਮਨਕੋਸਬਸੋਕਬਿਦਾਕਰਦੀਨੋ॥੫੮੧॥
(ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਰੀਝ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੫੮੧॥
Who, having been adorned completely, has fixed a mark on her forehead, seeing that Radha, Krishna has been fascinated and all the sorrow of his mind ended.581.
ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨੁਸੁਤਾਸੰਗਖੇਲਨਕੀਹਸਿਕੈਹਰਿਸੁੰਦਰਬਾਤਕਹੈ॥
ਰਾਧਾ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਣ ਲਈ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਹਸ ਕੇ (ਇਕ) ਸੁੰਦਰ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ।
ਸੁਨਏਜਿਹਕੇਮਨਿਆਨੰਦਬਾਢਤਜਾਸੁਨਕੈਸਭਸੋਕਦਹੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਆਨੰਦ ਵਧ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗ਼ਮ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
Krishna talked to Radha smilingly, asking her for the amorous play, hearing which the mind is overjoyed and the anguish is destroyed
ਤਿਹਕਉਤੁਕਕੌਮਨਗੋਪਿਨਕੋਕਬਿਸਯਾਮਕਹੈਦਿਖਬੋਈਚਹੈ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸ ਕੌਤਕ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਹੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The mind of the gopis wants to see this wonderful play continuously
ਨਭਿਮੈਪਿਖਿਕੈਸੁਰਗੰਧ੍ਰਬਜਾਇਚਲਿਯੋਨਹਿਜਾਇਸੁਰੀਝਰਹੈ॥੫੮੨॥
ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੰਧਰਬਾਂ ਨੇ (ਉਸ ਕੌਤਕ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖ ਲਿਆ, (ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ) ਤੁਰਿਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ, ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਖੜੋ ਗਏ ॥੫੮੨॥
Even in heaven, the gods and gandharvas, on seeing this, are standing motionless and getting charmed.582.
ਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਤਿਹਕੀਉਪਮਾਜਿਹਕੇਫੁਨਿਉਪਰਪੀਤਪਿਛਉਰੀ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉਪਰ ਪੀਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦਾ ਦੁਪੱਟਾ ਹੈ।
The poet Shyam lauds him, who is wearing yellow garments
ਤਾਹੀਕੇਆਵਤਹੈਚਲਿਕੈਢਿਗਸੁੰਦਰਗਾਵਤਸਾਰੰਗਗਉਰੀ॥
ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਗੌੜੀ (ਰਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਗਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਚਲ ਕੇ ਆ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
The women are coming towards him singing the musical modes of Sarang and Gauri
ਸਾਵਲੀਆਹਰਿਕੈਢਿਗਆਇਰਹੀਅਤਿਰੀਝਇਕਾਵਤਦਉਰੀ॥
ਸਾਂਵਲੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦੌੜਦੀਆਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
The dark-coloured attractive women are coming (slowly) towards him and some are coming running
ਇਉਉਪਮਾਉਪਜੀਲਖਿਫੂਲਰਹੀਲਪਟਾਇਮਨੋਤ੍ਰੀਯਭਉਰੀ॥੫੮੩॥
(ਇਸ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਕਵੀ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ) ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਮਾਨੋ (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ) ਫੁਲ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਰੂਪ ਭੌਰੀ ਲਿਪਟ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੫੮੩॥
They appears like black bees running to embrace the flowr-like Krishna.583.
ਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਤਿਹਕੀਉਪਮਾਜੋਊਦੈਤਨਕੋਰਿਪੁਬੀਰਜਸੀਹੈ॥
(ਕਵੀ) ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੈਰੀ ਯਸ਼ ਵਾਲਾ ਸ਼ੂਰਵੀਰ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਤਪਬੀਚਬਡੋਤਪੀਆਰਸਬਾਤਨਮੈਅਤਿਹੀਜੁਰਸੀਹੈ॥
ਜੋ ਤਪਸਵੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਤਪਸਵੀ ਅਤੇ (ਪ੍ਰੇਮ) ਰਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਰਸੀਆ ਹੈ।
The poet Shyam praises him, who is the enemy of demons, who is a praiseworthy warriors, who is a great ascetic among ascetics and who is a great aesthete among men of taste
ਜਾਹੀਕੋਕੰਠਕਪੋਤਸੋਹੈਜਿਹਭਾਮੁਖਕੀਸਮਜੋਤਿਸਸੀਹੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਗਲਾ ਕਬੂਤਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੁਖ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੈ।
ਤਾਮ੍ਰਿਗਨੀਤ੍ਰੀਯਮਾਰਨਕੋਹਰਿਭਉਹਨਿਕੀਅਰੁਪੰਚਕਸੀਹੈ॥੫੮੪॥
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਰੂਪ ਹਿਰਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਭੌਆਂ ਰੂਪ ਕਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਚਿੱਲਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਹੈ ॥੫੮੪॥
Whose throat is like a pigeon and the glory of face like moon and who has got ready his arrows of eyebrows (eyelashes) in order to kill the doe-like women.584.
ਫਿਰਿਕੈਹਰਿਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਕੇਸੰਗਹੋਫੁਨਿਗਾਵਤਸਾਰੰਗਰਾਮਕਲੀਹੈ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸਾਰੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਮਕਲੀ (ਰਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਸਰੀ ਉਤੇ) ਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Wandering with the gopis, Krishna is singing the musical modes of Sarang and Ramkali
ਗਾਵਤਹੈਮਨਆਨੰਦਕੈਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨੁਸੁਤਾਸੰਗਿਜੂਥਅਲੀਹੈ॥
ਰਾਧਾ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਹੇਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਟੋਲੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਆਨੰਦਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਗਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
On this side Radha is also singing, greatly pleased alongwith her group of friends
ਤਾਸੰਗਡੋਲਤਹੈਭਗਵਾਨਜੋਊਅਤਿਸੁੰਦਰਿਰਾਧੇਭਲੀਹੈ॥
ਜੋ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਰਾਧਾ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਡੋਲਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ
In the same group, Krishna is also moving with extremely beautiful Radha
ਰਾਜਤਹੈਜਿਹਕੋਸਸਿਸੋਮੁਖਛਾਜਤਭਾਦ੍ਰਿਗਕੰਜਕਲੀਹੈ॥੫੮੫॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮੁਖ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਸ਼ੋਭਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ (ਜਿਸ ਦੇ) ਨੈਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਕਮਲ ਦੀ ਕਲੀ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੈ ॥੫੮੫॥
The face of that Radhika is like moon and eyes like lotus-buds.585.
ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨੁਸੁਤਾਸੰਗਬਾਤਕਹੀਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਹਰਿਜੂਰਸਵਾਰੇ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਰਾਧਾ ਨੇ ਰਸੀਏ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ (ਇਹ) ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ।

ਜਾਮੁਖਕੀਸਮਚੰਦਪ੍ਰਭਾਜਿਹਕੇਮ੍ਰਿਗਸੇਦ੍ਰਿਗਸੁੰਦਰਕਾਰੇ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ (ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖੀਆਂ) ਹਿਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
The glory of the face of Radha is like moon and eyes like the black eyes of a doe
ਕੇਹਰਿਸੀਜਿਹਕੀਕਟਿਹੈਤਿਨਹੂੰਬਚਨਾਇਹਭਾਤਿਉਚਾਰੇ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਲਕ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਪਤਲਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ (ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ) ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਚਨ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੋਸੁਨਿਕੈਸਭਗ੍ਵਾਰਨੀਯਾਮਨਕੇਸਭਿਸੋਕਬਿਦਾਕਰਿਡਾਰੇ॥੫੮੬॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਸੋਗ ਮਿਟਾ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ॥੫੮੬॥
Radha, whose waist is slim like lion, when Krishna said to her in this way, all the sorrows in the minds of gopis were destroyed.586.
ਹਸਿਕੈਤਿਹਬਾਤਕਹੀਰਸਕੀਸੁਪ੍ਰਭਾਜਿਨਹੂੰਬੜਵਾਨਲਲੀਲੀ॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ('ਬੜਵਾਨਲ') ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਲ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਸ ਕੇ ਬੜੇ (ਪ੍ਰੇਮ) ਰਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
The Lord, who had drunk the forest-fire, talked smilingly
ਜੋਜਗਬੀਚਰਹਿਯੋਰਵਿਕੈਨਰਕੈਤਰੁਕੈਗਜਅਉਰਪਪੀਲੀ॥
ਜੋ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ, ਸੂਰਜ ਵਿਚ, ਨਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ, ਬ੍ਰਿਛਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਥੀ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੀੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਤ ਹੈ।
That Lort, who pervades all the world and all the objects of the world including the sun, man, elephant and even the insects
ਮੁਖਤੇਤਿਨਸੁੰਦਰਬਾਤਕਹੀਸੰਗਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿਕੇਅਤਿਸਹੀਸੁਰਸੀਲੀ॥
ਉਸ ਨੇ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਮੂੰਹ ਤੋਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜੋ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਰਸੀਲੀ ਸੀ।
He talked in extremely savoury words
ਤਾਸੁਨਿਕੈਸਭਰੀਝਰਹੀਸੁਨਿਰੀਝਰਹੀਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨੁਛਬੀਲੀ॥੫੮੭॥
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ (ਗੋਪੀਆਂ) ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਛਬੀਲੀ ਰਾਧਾ ਵੀ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਰੀਝ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ॥੫੮੭॥
Listening to his words all the gopis and Radha were allured.587.
ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨੀਯਾਸੁਨਿਸ੍ਰਉਨਨਮੈਬਤੀਆਹਰਿਕੀਅਤਿਹੀਮਨਭੀਨੋ॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ (ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਾਲ) ਬਹੁਤ ਭਿਜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
