ਗਾਵਤਸਾਰੰਗਤਾਲਬਜਾਵਤਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਅਤਿਹੀਸੁਰਚੈਸੇ॥
(ਕਵੀ) ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਸਾਰੰਗ (ਰਾਗ) ਵਿਚ ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਚੀ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਵਜਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
He is singing and playing the tunes and
ਸਾਵਨਕੀਰੁਤਿਮੈਮਨੋਨਾਚਤਮੋਰਿਨਮੈਮੁਰਵਾਨਰਜੈਸੇ॥੬੨੯॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਸਾਵਣ ਦੀ ਰੁਤ ਵਿਚ ਮੋਰਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਨਚਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਰ ਮੋਰ (ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ) ॥੬੨੯॥
It seems that the male peocock is dancing lustfully with female peococks in the month of Sawan.629.
ਨਾਚਤਹੈਸੋਊਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਮੈਜਿਹਕੋਸਸਿਸੋਅਤਿਸੁੰਦਰਆਨਨ॥
ਉਹ (ਕਾਨ੍ਹ) ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮੁਖੜਾ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਕ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹੈ।
He, whose face is beautiful like the moon, he is dancing alongwith the gopis
ਖੇਲਤਹੈਰਜਨੀਸਿਤਮੈਜਹਰਾਜਤਥੋਜਮੁਨਾਜੁਤਕਾਨਨ॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਜਮਨਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਉਤੇ ਬਨ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਥੇ ਚਾਂਦਨੀ ਰਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਡਦਾ ਹੈ।
He looks splendid in the moonlit night on the bank of Yamuna within the forest
ਭਾਨੁਸੁਤਾਬ੍ਰਿਖਕੀਜਹਥੀਸੁਹੁਤੀਜਹਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾਅਭਿਮਾਨਨ॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਰਾਧਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਭਿਮਾਨਣ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਸੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਸ਼ੋਭਿਤ ਸਨ
There are the proud Chandarbhaga and Radha there and
ਛਾਜਤਤਾਮਹਿਯੌਹਰਿਜੂਜਿਉਬਿਰਾਜਤਬੀਚਪੰਨਾਨਗਖਾਨਨ॥੬੩੦॥
ਜਿਉਂ (ਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਦੇ) ਨਗ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਨਾ ਫਬਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੦॥
Krishna looks elegant with them like emerald and other precious stones in the mine.630.
ਸੁਸੰਗੀਤਨਚੈਹਰਿਜੂਤਿਹਠਉਰਸੋਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਰਸਕੇਸੰਗਿਭੀਨੋ॥
(ਕਵੀ) ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ (ਪ੍ਰੇਮ) ਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਿਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸੰਗੀਤ (ਦੀ ਲੈ ਵਿਚ) ਨਚਦੇ ਹਨ।
The poet Shyam says, “Saturated with the relish of music Krishna is dancing on that plane
ਖੋਰਦਏਫੁਨਿਕੇਸਰਕੀਧੁਤੀਯਾਕਸਿਕੈਪਟਓਢਿਨਵੀਨੋ॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੇਸਰ ਦਾ ਟਿੱਕਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਧੋਤੀ ਕਸੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ (ਅਤੇ ਉਪਰ) ਨਵਾਂ ਦੁਪੱਟਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
He is wearing tightly the white cloth, dyed in saffron
ਰਾਧਿਕਾਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾਮੁਖਿਚੰਦਲਏਜਹਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਥੀਸੰਗਤੀਨੋ॥
ਰਾਧਾ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਖੀ (ਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ) ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
There are Radha, Chandarmukhi and Chandarbhaga, the three gopis
ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਨਚਾਇਕੈਨੈਨਨਕੋਸਭਗੋਪਿਨਕੋਮਨੁਆਹਰਿਲੀਨੋ॥੬੩੧॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਮਟਕਾ ਮਟਕਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਰਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੧॥
Krishna has stolen the mind of all the three with the signs of his eyes.631.
ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨੁਸੁਤਾਕੀਬਰਾਬਰਮੂਰਤਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਸੁਨਹੀਘ੍ਰਿਤਚੀਹੈ॥
(ਕਵੀ) ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਰਾਧਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਲ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਘ੍ਰਿਤਚੀ (ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਪੱਛਰਾ ਵੀ) ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
The heavenly damsel named Ghritachi is not so beautiful as Radha
ਜਾਸਮਹੈਨਹੀਕਾਮਕੀਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਨਹੀਜਿਸਕੀਸਮਤੁਲਿਸਚੀਹੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਨਾ ਕਾਮਦੇਵ ਦੀ ਇਸਤਰੀ (ਰਤਿ) ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਤੁਲ (ਇੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ) ਸਚੀ ਹੈ।
Even Rati and Shachi do not equal her in beauty
ਮਾਨਹੁਲੈਸਸਿਕੋਸਭਸਾਰਪ੍ਰਭਾਕਰਤਾਰਇਹੀਮੈਗਚੀਹੈ॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਕਰਤਾ ਨੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ (ਦਾ ਸਾਰ ਤੱਤ੍ਵ) ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਰਚਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
It seems that the whole light of the moon has been put in Radha by Brahma
ਨੰਦਕੇਲਾਲਬਿਲਾਸਨਕੋਇਹਮੂਰਤਿਚਿਤ੍ਰਬਚਿਤ੍ਰਰਚੀਹੈ॥੬੩੨॥
ਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਦੇ ਵਿਲਾਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਵਿਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਸ਼ਕਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਰਚ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੬੩੨॥
Created her queer image for the enjoyment of Krishna.632.
ਰਾਧਿਕਾਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾਮੁਖਿਚੰਦ੍ਰਸੁਖੇਲਤਹੈਮਿਲਖੇਲਸਬੈ॥
ਰਾਧਾ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਖੀ (ਉਸ ਨਾਲ) ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਖੇਡ ਖੇਡਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
Radhika, Chandarbhaga and Chandamukhi are absorbed together in the amorous sport
ਮਿਲਿਸੁੰਦਰਗਾਵਤਗੀਤਸਬੈਸੁਬਜਾਵਤਹੈਕਰਤਾਲਤਬੈ॥
ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸੁੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਵਜਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
All of them together are singing and playing tunes
ਪਿਖਵੈਇਹਕੋਸੋਊਮੋਹਰਹੈਸਭਦੇਖਤਹੈਸੁਰਯਾਹਿਛਬੈ॥
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਛਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ।
Seeing this spectacle even the gods are getting fascinated
ਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਮੁਰਲੀਧਰਮੈਨਕੀਮੂਰਤਿਗੋਪਿਨਮਧਿਫਬੈ॥੬੩੩॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਮਦੇਵ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਹੈ, (ਜੋ) ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਫਬ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੩॥
The poet Shyam says that the image of flute-wielder god of love seems magnificent amongst the gopis.633.
ਜਿਹਕੀਸਮਤੁਲਿਨਹੈਕਮਲਾਦੁਤਿਜਾਪਿਖਿਕੈਕਟਿਕੇਹਰਲਾਜੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਵਰਗੀ ਲੱਛਮੀ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਮਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Even Lakshmi is not like her an dseeing her waist, the lion feels shy
ਕੰਚਨਦੇਖਿਲਜੈਤਨਕੋਤਿਹਦੇਖਤਹੀਮਨਕੋਦੁਖੁਭਾਜੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਤਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਸੋਨਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਦੁਖ ਭਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Seeing the glory of whose body, even the gold feels shy and seeing whom, the sorrow of the mind is removed
ਜਾਸਮਰੂਪਨਕੋਊਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਰਤਿਕੀਸਮਰਾਜੈ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਕੋਈ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ 'ਰਤਿ' ਵਾਂਗ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਉਘਨਬੀਚਲਸੈਚਪਲਾਇਹਤਿਉਘਨਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਬੀਚਬਿਰਾਜੈ॥੬੩੪॥
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬਦਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਰੂਪ ਬਦਲ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ (ਰਾਧਾ) ਬਿਰਾਜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੪॥
She, whom none else equals in beauty and who is glorious like Rati, the same Radha looks splendid amongst gopis like lightning among clouds.634.
ਖੇਲਤਹੈਸੰਗਤ੍ਰੀਯਨਕੇਸਜਿਸਾਜਸਭੈਅਰੁਮੋਤਿਨਮਾਲਾ॥
ਸਭ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਾ (ਪਾ ਕੇ) ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ (ਗੋਪੀਆਂ) ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
All the women, having been bedecked and wearing pearl-necklaces, are playing
ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਕੈਖੇਲਤਹੈਤਿਹਸੋਹਰਿਜੂਜੋਊਹੈਅਤਿਹੀਹਿਤਵਾਲਾ॥
ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਜੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।
Alongwith them, Krishna, the great lover, is absorbed in amorous and passionate sport
ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਖੀਜਹਠਾਢੀਹੁਤੀਜਹਠਾਢੀਹੁਤੀਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨੁਕੀਬਾਲਾ॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਖੀ ਖੜੋਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਥੇ ਰਾਧਾ ਖੜੀ ਸੀ।
ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾਕੋਮਹਾਮੁਖਸੁੰਦਰਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਬੀਚਕਰਿਯੋਉਜਿਯਾਲਾ॥੬੩੫॥
ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਦਾ ਮੁਖ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸੀ, (ਜਿਸ ਨੇ) ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪਸਾਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ॥੬੩੫॥
Chandarmukhi and Radha are standing there and the beauty of Chandarbhaga is spreading its brightness amongst gopis.635.
ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਕੋਰੂਪਨਿਹਾਰਕੈਸੁੰਦਰਿਮੋਹਿਰਹੀਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਖੀ॥
ਕਾਨ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਰੂਪ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਖੀ (ਨਾਂ ਦੀ) ਗੋਪੀ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਤਬਗਾਇਉਠੀਕਰਤਾਲਬਜਾਇਹੁਤੀਜਿਕਿਧੋਅਤਿਹੀਸੁਸੁਖੀ॥
ਉਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਗਾਉਣ ਲਗ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਤਾੜੀ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਲਗ ਪਈ, (ਇੰਜ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ) ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸੁਖੀ ਹੈ।
Chandarmukhi is charmed on seeing the beauty of Krishna and while seeing, she has played the tune and begun her song
ਕਰਕੈਅਤਿਹੀਹਿਤਨਾਚਤਭੀਕਰਿਆਨੰਦਨਮਨਬੀਚਝੁਖੀ॥
ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਹਿਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਨਚਣ ਲਗ ਗਈ ਹੈ, (ਉਹ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ) ਆਨੰਦਿਤ (ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਝੋਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਸਭਲਾਲਚਤਿਆਗਦਏਗ੍ਰਿਹਕੇਇਕਸ੍ਯਾਮਕੇਪ੍ਯਾਰਕੀਹੈਸੁਭੁਖੀ॥੬੩੬॥
ਘਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲਾਲਚ (ਉਸ ਨੇ) ਛਡ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਬਸ (ਕੇਵਲ) ਇਕ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਭੁਖੀ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੬॥
She has also begun to dance in extreme love and being hungry of love of Krishna, she has forsaken all the attachments of her home.636.

ਰੀਝਰਹੀਸਭਗੋਪੀਯਾਮਹਾਪ੍ਰਮੁਦਮਨਿਪਾਇ॥੬੩੭॥
(ਉਸ ਧੁਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ) ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ॥੬੩੭॥
Krishna, being greatly pleased, played on his flute and listening to it all the gopis were delighted.637.

ਜਿਉਂ ਹੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਮੁਰਲੀ ਵਜਾਈ (ਤਿਉਂ ਹੀ) ਬ੍ਰਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
When Krishna, the son of Nand, played on his flute, all the women of Braja were fascinated
ਰੀਝਰਹੇਬਨਕੇਖਗਅਉਮ੍ਰਿਗਰੀਝਰਹੇਧੁਨਿਜਾਸੁਨਿਪਾਈ॥
ਬਨ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀ ਰੀਝ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਉਹ ਵੀ) ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ (ਮੁਰਲੀ) ਦੀ ਧੁਨ ਸੁਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
The birds and animals of the forest, whoever listened, was filled with joy
ਚਿਤ੍ਰਕੀਹੋਇਗਈਪ੍ਰਿਤਮਾਸਭਸ੍ਯਾਮਕੀਓਰਿਰਹੀਲਿਵਲਾਈ॥
ਸਾਰੀਆਂ (ਗੋਪੀਆਂ) ਚਿਤਰ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਲ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਲਿਵ ਲਗ ਗਈ।
All the woman, meditating on Krishna, became motionless like portraits
ਨੀਰਬਹੈਨਹੀਕਾਨ੍ਰਹਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਸੁਨਕੇਤਿਹਪਉਨਰਹਿਯੋਉਰਝਾਈ॥੬੩੮॥
(ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਬੰਸਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰ ਨੂੰ) ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਜਮਨਾ ('ਕਾਨ੍ਹ ਤ੍ਰੀਯਾ') ਦਾ ਜਲ ਵਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾ ਵੀ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ (ਚਲਣੋ) ਰਹਿ ਗਈ ਹੈ ॥੬੩੮॥
The water of Yamuna became immobile and listening to the tune of the flute of Krishna, the women and even the wind got entangled.638.
ਪਉਨਰਹਿਯੋਉਰਝਾਇਘਰੀਇਕਨੀਰਨਦੀਕੋਚਲੈਸੁਕਛੂਨਾ॥
ਹਵਾ ਇਕ ਘੜੀ ਲਈ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰੁਕ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਦੀ ਦਾ ਜਲ ਵੀ ਠਹਿਰ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
For one ghari (a short while), the wind got entangled and the water of the river did not proceed further
ਜੇਬ੍ਰਿਜਭਾਮਨਿਆਈਹੁਤੀਧਰਿਖਾਸਨਅੰਗਬਿਖੈਅਰੁਝੂਨਾ॥
ਜੋ ਬ੍ਰਜ ਦੀ ਇਸਤਰੀ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਗੋਪੀ) ਉਥੇ (ਬਸਤ੍ਰ) ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਪੱਟਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
Heart-throbs of all the women of Braja, who cam there, had increased and the limbs were trembling
ਸੋਸੁਨਕੈਧੁਨਿਬਾਸੁਰੀਕੀਤਨਬੀਚਰਹੀਤਿਨਕੇਸੁਧਿਹੂੰਨਾ॥
ਬੰਸਰੀ ਦੀ ਧੁਨ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਤਨ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਧ-ਬੁਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ)
They lost the consciousness of their body completely
ਤਾਸੁਧਿਗੀਸੁਰਕੇਸੁਨਿਹੀਰਹਿਗੀਇਹਮਾਨਹੁਚਿਤ੍ਰਨਮੂਨਾ॥੬੩੯॥
ਮਾਨੋ ਸੁਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ (ਉਸ ਦੀ) ਸੁਧ (ਚਲੀ) ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਕ ਚਿਤਰ ਦਾ ਨਮੂਨਾ (ਬਣ ਕੇ) ਰਹਿ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੬੩੯॥
They all became mere portraits on listening to the flute.639.
ਰੀਝਿਬਜਾਵਤਹੈਮੁਰਲੀਹਰਿਪੈਮਨਮੈਕਰਿਸੰਕਕਛੂਨਾ॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਰੀਝ ਕੇ ਬੰਸਰੀ ਵਜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
ਜਾਕੀਸੁਨੇਧੁਨਿਸ੍ਰਉਨਨਮੈਕਰਕੈਖਗਆਵਤਹੈਬਨਸੂਨਾ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਧੁਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਬਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੰਨਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੰਛੀ (ਉਸ ਕੋਲ) ਆ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Krishna taking the flute in his hand is fearlessly playing on it and listening to its voice, the birds of the forest, deserting it, are coming away
ਸੋਸੁਨਿਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨਰੀਝਰਹੀਮਨਭੀਤਰਸੰਕਕਰੀਕਛਹੂੰਨਾ॥
(ਉਸ (ਧੁਨ) ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਗ ਸੰਕੋਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
The gopis are also pleased on listening it and are becoming fearless
ਨੈਨਪਸਾਰਰਹੀਪਿਖਕੈਜਿਮਘੰਟਕਹੇਰਬਜੇਮ੍ਰਿਗਿਮੂਨਾ॥੬੪੦॥
ਨੈਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਸਾਰ ਕੇ (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਲ) ਵੇਖ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਘੰਡਾਹੇੜੇ ਦੇ ਵਜਣ ਨਾਲ ਚੁਪ ਚੁਪੀਤੇ (ਹਿਰਨ) ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੬੪੦॥

ਸੁਰਬਾਸੁਰੀਕੀਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਮੁਖਕਾਨਰਕੇਅਤਿਹੀਸੁਰਸੀਹੈ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਬੰਸਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਰਸੀਲੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੋਰਠਿਦੇਵਗੰਧਾਰਿਬਿਭਾਸਬਿਲਾਵਲਹੂੰਕੀਸੁਤਾਨਬਸੀਹੈ॥
ਸੋਰਠ, ਦੇਵ ਗੰਧਾਰੀ, ਵਿਭਾਸ, ਬਿਲਾਵਲ (ਆਦਿਕ ਰਾਗਾਂ ਦੀ) ਤਾਨ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਵਸੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
