ਮੋਬਤੀਯਾਜਦੁਰਾਇਜੁਪੈਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਹੈਕਹੀਯੋਸੁਅਹੋਰੀ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, (ਰਾਧਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ) ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿ ਦੇਈਂ।
ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾਸੰਗਿਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਕਰੋਤੁਮਸੋਨਹੀਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਕਹਿਯੋਪ੍ਰਭਮੋਰੀ॥੭੦੪॥
(ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ॥੭੦੪॥
“Tell all my words to the king of Yadavas without hesitation and also say this, “O Krishna! You love only Chandarbhaga and you have no love for me.”704.
ਸੁਨਿਕੈਇਹਰਾਧਿਕਾਕੀਬਤੀਯਾਤਬਸੋਉਠਿਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿਪਾਇਲਾਗੀ॥
ਰਾਧਾ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਗੋਪੀ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰੀਂ ਪੈ ਗਈ।
ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਕਹਿਯੋਹਰਿਕੀਤੁਮਸੋਹਰਿਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾਹੂੰਸੋਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਤਿਯਾਗੀ॥
ਕਹਿਣ ਲਗੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਨਾਲ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
Hearing these words of Radha, that gopi fell at her feet and said, “O Radha! Krisshan only loves you and he has abandoned his love for Chandarbhaga
ਉਨਕੀਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਸੁਬੁਧਿਕਹੈਤੁਹਿਦੇਖਨਕੇਰਸਮੈਅਨੁਰਾਗੀ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਸੋਚ ਕੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਦੇ (ਪ੍ਰੇਮ) ਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਮਗਨ ਹੈ।
The poet Shyam says that messenger was telling Radha that she was impatient to behold her.
ਤਾਹੀਤੇਬਾਲਬਲਾਇਲਿਉਤੇਰੀਮੈਬੇਗਚਲੋਹਰਿਪੈਬਡਭਾਗੀ॥੭੦੫॥
ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਹੇ ਸਖੀ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਲਾਵਾਂ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਹੇ ਵਡਭਾਗਣੇ! (ਤੂੰ) ਜਲਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਚਲ ॥੭੦੫॥
“O beautiful damsel! I am a sacrifice to you now you go quickly go Krishna.”705.
ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥਬੁਲਾਵਤਹੈਚਲੀਯੈਕਛੁਜਾਨਤਹੈਰਸਬਾਤਇਯਾਨੀ॥
(ਤੈਨੂੰ) ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਬੁਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਲਦੀ ਚਲ। ਹੇ ਇਆਣੀਏ! ਤੂੰ (ਪ੍ਰੇਮ) ਰਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਝ।
“O friend! you are ignorant and do not comprehend the secret of amorous pleasure
ਤੋਹੀਕੋਸ੍ਯਾਮਨਿਹਾਰਤਹੈਤੁਮਰੈਬਿਨੁਰੀਨਹੀਪੀਵਤਪਾਨੀ॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ (ਸਦਾ) ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਉਹ ਪਾਣੀ ਤਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Krishna is calling you, please go, Krishna is searching you here and there and is not even drinking water without you
ਤੂਇਹਭਾਤਿਕਹੈਮੁਖਤੇਨਹੀਜਾਊਗੀਹਉਹਰਿਪੈਇਹਬਾਨੀ॥
ਤੂੰ ਮੁਖ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈਂ, 'ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵਾਂਗੀ'। ਮੈਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ (ਜਾ ਕਹਾਂਗੀ)।
“You have just said that you would not go to Krishna
ਤਾਹੀਤੇਜਾਨਤਹੋਸਜਨੀਅਬਜੋਬਨਪਾਇਭਈਹੈਦੀਵਾਨੀ॥੭੦੬॥
ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ, ਹੇ ਸਜਨੀ! ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਜੋਬਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕੁਝ ਦੀਵਾਨੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈਂ ॥੭੦੬॥
It seems to me that you have become mad on the attainment of youth.”706.
ਮਾਨਕਰਿਯੋਮਨਬੀਚਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਤਜਿਬੈਠਿਰਹੀਹਿਤਸ੍ਯਾਮਜੂਕੇਰੋ॥
ਹੇ ਸਖੀ ('ਤ੍ਰੀਯਾ'!) ਤੂੰ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਰੋਸਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਛਡ ਕੇ (ਘਰ) ਬੈਠ ਰਹੀ ਹੈਂ।
That gopi (Radha) forsaking the love of Krishna has seated herself in ego
ਬੈਠਿਰਹੀਬਕਧ੍ਯਾਨਧਰੇਸਭਜਾਨਤਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਕੋਭਾਵਨਨੇਰੋ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਬਗਲੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰ ਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ; ਸਭ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਨੇੜੇ (ਹੀ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ)।
She is concentrating like a heron, she knows that the abode of love is now nearby
ਤੋਸੰਗਤੌਮੈਕਹਿਯੋਸਜਨੀਕਹਬੇਕਹੁਜੋਉਮਗਿਯੋਮਨਮੇਰੋ॥
ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਹੇ ਸਜਨੀ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਾਸ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ, ਜੋ ਕਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਆਵਤਹੈਇਮਮੋਮਨਮੈਦਿਨਚਾਰਕੋਪਾਹੁਨੋਜੋਬਨਤੇਰੋ॥੭੦੭॥
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੇਰਾ ਜੋਬਨ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਹੈ ॥੭੦੭॥
Then Mainprabha said again “O friend! I have said, whatever has come in my mind, but it seems to me that your youth is only a guest for four days.707.
ਤਾਕੈਨਪਾਸਚਲੈਉਠਕੈਕਬਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਜੋਊਸਭਲੋਗਨਭੋਗੀ॥
ਕਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ (ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ) (ਤੂੰ) ਉਠ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਲਦੀ ਜੋ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੋਗਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।
“He, who is the enjoyer of all, you are not going to him
ਤਾਤੇਰਹੀਹਠਿਬੈਠਤ੍ਰੀਯਾਉਨਕੋਕਛੁਜੈਗੋਨਆਪਨਖੋਗੀ॥
ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਹੇ ਸਖੀ ('ਤ੍ਰੀਯਾ'!) ਹਠ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਰਹੀ ਹੈਂ; (ਇਸ ਵਿਚ) ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਾ, ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ (ਕੁਝ) ਖੋਹੇਂਗੀ।
O gopi! You are only persisting and Krishna will lose nothing by it, only you will be the loser
ਜੋਬਨਕੋਜੁਗੁਮਾਨਕਰੈਤਿਹਜੋਬਨਕੀਸੁਦਸਾਇਹਹੋਗੀ॥
ਜਿਸ ਜੋਬਨ ਦਾ (ਤੂੰ) ਗੁਮਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈਂ, ਉਸ ਜੋਬਨ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਹਾਲਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਤੋਤਜਿਕੈਸੋਊਯੋਰਮਿਹੈਜਿਮਕੰਧਪੈਡਾਰਬਘੰਬਰਜੋਗੀ॥੭੦੮॥
ਉਹ (ਜੋਬਨ) ਤੈਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਇਉਂ ਚਲਾ ਜਾਏਗਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੋਗੀ ਮੋਢੇ ਉਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਦੀ ਖਲ (ਦਾ ਆਸਣ) ਰਖ ਕੇ ਤੁਰ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੭੦੮॥
“He (or she) who is egoistic about the youth, he (or she) will be in such a state that Krishna will forsake him (or her) like a yogi leaving his home, placing the lion-skin on his shoulder.708.
ਨੈਨਕੁਰੰਗਨਸੇਤੁਮਰੇਕੇਹਰਿਕੀਕਟਿਰੀਸੁਨਤ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥
ਨੀ! ਸੁਣ, ਤੇਰੇ ਨੈਣ ਹਿਰਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲਕ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ।
“Your eyes are like these of a doe and the waist is slim like that of a lioness
ਆਨਨਸੁੰਦਰਹੈਸਸਿਸੋਜਿਹਕੀਫੁਨਿਕੰਜਬਰਾਬਰਕ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥
(ਤੇਰਾ) ਮੂੰਹ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਵਰਗਾ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਫਿਰ ਕਮਲ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
Your face is charming like the moon or lotus
ਬੈਠਰਹੀਹਠਬਾਧਿਘਨੋਤਿਹਤੇਕਛੁਆਪਨਹੀਸੁਨਖ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥
(ਤੂੰ) ਬਹੁਤ ਹਠ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਗਈ ਹੈਂ, ਸੁਣ ਲੈ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਗਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।
“You are absorbed in your persistence, he will not lose anything by this
ਏਤਨਸੁਤੁਹਿਬੈਰਕਰਿਯੋਹਰਿਸਿਉਹਠਿਏਤੁਮਰੋਕਹੁਹ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥੭੦੯॥
ਇਸ ਤਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਵੈਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਹਠ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੰਵਰਨਾ ॥੭੦੯॥
You are becoming antagonistic to your own body by not eating and drinking, because your persistence regarding Krishna will avail nothing.”709.
ਸੁਨਕੈਇਹਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿਕੀਬਤੀਯਾਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨਸੁਤਾਅਤਿਰੋਸਭਰੀ॥
ਗੋਪੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ, ਰਾਧਾ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
ਨੈਨਨਚਾਇਚੜਾਇਕੈਭਉਹਨਪੈਮਨਮੈਸੰਗਕ੍ਰੋਧਜਰੀ॥
ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਚਾ ਕੇ, ਭੌਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਸੜ ਗਈ।
Hearing these words of the gopi, Radha, filled with rage, causing her eyes to dance and filling her eyebrows and mind with ire,
