ਮਨੋਇੰਦ੍ਰਕੇਬਜ੍ਰਲਗੇਟੁਟਕੈਧਰਨੀਗਿਰਸ੍ਰਿੰਗਸੁਮੇਰਪਰੇ॥੧੦੫੧॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਇੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਬਜ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਲਗਣ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਮੇਰ ਪਰਬਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਟੀਆਂ ਟੁਟ ਕੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਡਿਗ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹੋਣ ॥੧੦੫੧॥
He knocked down the elephants and horses with his arrows and they fell down by the Vajra of the Indra.1051.
ਸ੍ਰੀਜਦੁਬੀਰਸਰਾਸਨਤੇਬਹੁਤੀਰਛੁਟੇਛੁਟਕੈਭਟਘਾਏ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਤੀਰ ਛੁਟੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਛੁਟ ਕੇ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪੈਦਲਮਾਰਿਰਥੀਬਿਰਥੀਕਰਿਸਤ੍ਰਘਨੇਜਮਲੋਕਿਪਠਾਏ॥
ਪੈਦਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਮਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਭੇਜਦੇ ਹਨ।
Many arrows were discharged from the bow of Krishna and many warriors were killed by them, the men on foot were killed, the charioteers were deprived of their chariots and many enemies were dispatched to the abode of Yama
ਭਾਜਿਅਨੇਕਗਏਰਨਤੇਜੋਊਲਾਜਭਰੇਹਰਿਪੈਪੁਨਿਆਏ॥
ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਹੀ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਲਾਜ (ਮਰਯਾਦਾ) ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ (ਲੜਨ ਲਈ) ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਫਿਰ ਪਰਤ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਤੇਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥਕੇਹਾਥਲਗੇਗ੍ਰਿਹਕਉਫਿਰਿਜੀਵਤਜਾਨਨਪਾਏ॥੧੦੫੨॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ (ਅਜਿਹੇ) ਹੱਥ ਲਗੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਫਿਰ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਉਂਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰਤੇ ਹਨ ॥੧੦੫੨॥
Many warriors ran away and those who felt shy while running they again fought with Krishna, but none could escape death at the hands of Krishna.1052.
ਕੋਪਭਰੇਰਨਮੈਭਟਯੌਚਹੂੰਓਰਨਤੇਲਲਕਾਰਪਰੇ॥
ਯੁੱਧਵੀਰ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਲਕਾਰੇ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
The warriors are getting enraged in the battlefield and the shouts are being heard from all the four sides
ਕਰਿਚਉਪਭਿਰੇਅਪਨੇਮਨਮੈਨੰਦਨੰਦਨਤੇਨਰਤੀਕੁਡਰੇ॥
ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਉਤਸਾਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਲੜਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਜ਼ਰਾ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਵੀ ਡਰਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।
The fighters of the army of the enemy are fighting with great excitement and they are not fearing even a little from Krishna
ਤਬਹੀਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥਸਰਾਸਨਲੈਛਿਨਮੈਉਨਕੇਅਭਿਮਾਨਹਰੇ॥
ਤਦ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਛਿਣ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਭਿਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਜੋਊਆਵਤਭੇਧਨਬਾਨਧਰੇਹਰਿਜੂਸਿਗਰੇਬਿਨੁਪ੍ਰਾਣਕਰੇ॥੧੦੫੩॥
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਬਾਣ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ) ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਸਖਣਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੫੩॥
Taking his bow and arrows in his hands, Krishna is shattrering their pride in an instant and whosoever confronts him, Krishna killing him makes him lifeless.1053.

ਸ੍ਰਉਨਤਤਰੰਗਨੀਉਠਤਕੋਪਿਬਲਬੀਰਮਾਰਿਮਾਰਿਤੀਰਰਿਪੁਖੰਡਕੀਏਰਨਮੈ॥
ਬਲਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਲਹੂ ਦੀ ਨਦੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਰ ਮਾਰ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਣ ਵਿਚ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
By discharging arrows, the enemies are being chopped into bits in the battlefield and the streams of blood are flowing
ਬਾਜਗਜਮਾਰੇਰਥੀਬ੍ਰਿਥੀਕਰਿਡਾਰੇਕੇਤੇਪੈਦਲਬਿਦਾਰੇਸਿੰਘਜੈਸੇਮ੍ਰਿਗਬਨਮੈ॥
ਘੋੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਥੀ ਮਾਰੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਤਨੇ ਹੀ ਪੈਦਲ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਹਿਰਨਾਂ (ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ)।
The elephants and horses have been killed, the charioteers have been deprived of their chariots and the men on foot have been killed just as a lion kills the deer in the forest
ਜੈਸੇਸਿਵਕੋਪਕੈਜਗਤਜੀਵਮਾਰਿਪ੍ਰਲੈਤੈਸੇਹਰਿਅਰਿਯੌਸੰਘਾਰੇਆਈਮਨਮੈ॥
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਰਲੋ (ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ) ਸ਼ਿਵ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਜੀਵ ਮਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਘਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ (ਭਾਵ) ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
Just as Shiva destroys the beings at the time of dissolution, in the same manner Krishna has destroyed the enemies
ਏਕਮਾਰਿਡਾਰੇਏਕਘਾਇਛਿਤਿਪਾਰੇਏਕਤ੍ਰਸੇਏਕਹਾਰੇਜਾਕੇਤਾਕਤਨਤਨਮੈ॥੧੦੫੪॥
ਇਕ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਇਕ ਘਾਇਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ, ਇਕ ਡਰ ਕੇ (ਘਬਰਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ) ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਹਾਰ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਨ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੫੪॥
Many have been killed, many are lying wounded on the ground an dmany are lying powerless and frightened.1054.

ਬਹੁਰੋਘਨਿਸ੍ਯਾਮਘਨਸੁਰਕੈਬਰਖਿਯੋਸਰਬੂੰਦਨਜਿਉਮਗਵਾ॥
ਫਿਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਬਦਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਗਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਦੀ (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਬਰਖਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੰਦਰ (ਬੂੰਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਖਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ)।
ਚਤੁਰੰਗਚਮੂੰਹਨਿਸ੍ਰਉਨਬਹਿਯੋਸੁਭਇਓਰਨਈਗਰਕੇਰੰਗਵਾ॥
ਚਤੁਰੰਗਨੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਲਹੂ ਵਹਿਣ ਲਗ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਰਫ਼ (ਲਾਲ) ਰੰਗ ਦੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
Krishna is thundering like clouds and his arrows are being showered like the drops of water, with the flowing of the blood of all the four divisions of the army, the battlefield has become red
ਕਹੂੰਮੁੰਡਝਰੇਰਥਪੁੰਜਢਰੇਗਜਸੁੰਡਪਰੇਕਹੂੰਹੈਤੰਗਵਾ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਸਿਰ ਡਿਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, (ਕਿਤੇ ਟੁਟੇ ਹੋਏ) ਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਢੇਰ ਲਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ, ਕਿਤੇ ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਡ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਤੰਗ ਡਿਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
Somewhere the skulls are lying, somewhere there are heaps of chariots and somewhere there are the trunks of the elephants
ਜਦੁਬੀਰਜੁਕੋਪਕੈਤੀਰਹਨੇਕਹੂੰਬੀਰਗਿਰੇਸੁਕਹੂੰਅੰਗਵਾ॥੧੦੫੫॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਜੋ ਤੀਰ ਮਾਰੇ ਹਨ, (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਗਣ ਨਾਲ) ਕਿਧਰੇ ਸੂਰਵੀਰ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਟੇ ਹੋਏ) ਅੰਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ ॥੧੦੫੫॥
In great fury, Krishna caused the rain of arrows, somewhere the warriors have fallen and somewhere their limbs are lying scattered.1
ਬਹੁਜੂਝਿਪਰੇਛਿਤਪੈਭਟਯੌਅਰਿਕੈਬਰਕੈਹਰਿਸਿਉਲਰਿਕੈ॥
ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੜ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਮਰ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਕਈ ਇਕ) ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ (ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ)।
The warriors, having fought bravely with Krishna, are lying on the ground
ਧਨੁਬਾਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਗਦਾਗਹਿਪਾਨਿਗਿਰੇਰਨਬੀਚਇਤੀਕਰਿਕੈ॥
ਧਨੁਸ਼, ਬਾਣ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ, ਗਦਾ (ਆਦਿ ਹਥਿਆਰ) ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਓੜਕ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ।
Holding their bows, arrows, swords, maces etc., the warriors have expired fighting till the end
ਤਿਹਮਾਸਗਿਰਾਸਮਵਾਸਉਦਾਸਹੁਇਗੀਧਸੁਮੋਨਰਹੀਧਰਿਕੈ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਗਿਰਝਾਂ ਉਦਾਸ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਚੁਪ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। (ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ)
The vultures are sitting sadly and silently while devouring their flesh
ਸੁਮਨੋਬੁਟੀਆਬਰਬੀਰਨਕੀਨਪਚੀਉਰਮੈਬਰਿਕੈਫਰਿਕੈ॥੧੦੫੬॥
ਮਾਨੋ ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੋਟੀਆਂ ਪਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਛਾਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਫੜਕ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ॥੧੦੫੬॥
It seems that the pieves of the flesh of these warriors are not being digested by these vultures.1056.
ਅਸਿਕੋਪਿਹਲਾਯੁਧਪਾਨਿਲੀਯੋਸੁਧਸਿਯੋਦਲਮੈਅਤਿਰੋਸਭਰਿਯੋ॥
ਬਲਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰੱਥ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਪਕੜ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ (ਵੈਰੀ) ਦਲ ਵਿਚ ਧਸ ਗਿਆ।
Balram in great rage took his weapons in his hand and penetrated into the ranks of the enemy
ਬਹੁਬੀਰਹਨੇਰਨਭੂਮਿਬਿਖੈਪ੍ਰਤਨਾਪਤਿਤੇਨਰਤੀਕੁਡਰਿਯੋ॥
ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ (ਉਸ ਨੇ) ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ (ਵੈਰੀ) ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਇਕਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਰਾ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਰਿਆ।
Without any fear of the general of the enemy’s army, he killed many warriors
ਗਜਬਾਜਰਥੀਅਰੁਪਤਿਚਮੂੰਹਨਿਕੈਉਨਬੀਰਨਤੇਜਹਰਿਯੋ॥
ਹਾਥੀ, ਘੋੜੇ, ਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨਾ ਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਤੇਜ ਹਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
He made lifeless the elephants, horses and charioteers by killing them
ਜਿਮਤਾਤਧਰਾਸੁਰਪਤਿਲਰਿਯੋਹਰਿਭ੍ਰਾਤਬਲੀਇਮਜੁਧਕਰਿਯੋ॥੧੦੫੭॥
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਭੂਮਾਸੁਰ ('ਤਾਤ ਧਰਾ') ਇੰਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਵੇਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਭਰਾ (ਬਲਰਾਮ) ਨੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੫੭॥
Just as Indra wages a war, in the same manner Balram, the powerful brother of Krishna waged the war.1057.
ਜੁਧਜੁਰੇਜਦੁਰਾਇਸਖਾਕਿਧੋਕ੍ਰੋਧਭਰੇਦੁਰਜੋਧਨਸੋਹੈ॥
ਯੁੱਧ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਸਖਾ (ਬਲਰਾਮ) ਜੁਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, (ਉਹ) ਕਿਧਰੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਦੁਰਯੋਧਨ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਭੀਰਪਰੇਰਨਿਰਾਵਨਸੋਸੁਤਰਾਵਨਕੋਤਿਹਕੀਸਮਕੋਹੈ॥
ਜਾਂ ਰਾਵਣ ਉਤੇ ਭੀੜ ਬਣਨ ਤੇ ਰਾਵਣ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਮੇਘਨਾਦ) ਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
Balram, the brother of Krishna is waging the war like Duryodhana filled with anger or like Meghnad, the son of Ravana in the Ram-Ravana war
ਭੀਖਮਸੋਮਰਬੇਕਹੁਹੈਲਰਿਬੇਕਹੁਰਾਮਬਲੀਬਰਿਜੋਹੈ॥
ਜਾਂ ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਪਿਤਾਮਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਮਰਨ (ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ) ਨੂੰ ਲਭਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੜਨ ਵਿਚ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਰਾਮ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
It appears that the hero is going to kill Bhishama and Balram may be equal in strength to Ram
ਅੰਗਦਹੈਕਿਹਨੂਜਮੁਹੈਕਿਭਰਿਯੋਬਲਿਭਦ੍ਰਭਯਾਨਕਰੋਹੈ॥੧੦੫੮॥
ਜਾਂ ਅੰਗਦ ਹੈ ਅਥਵਾ ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਯਮਰਾਜ ਹੈ। (ਇੰਜ) ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਬਲਰਾਮ ਲੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੫੮॥
The dreadful Balbhadra appears in his fury like Angad or Hanumar.1058.
ਦ੍ਰਿੜਕੈਬਲਿਕੋਪਿਹਲਾਯੁਧਲੈਅਰਿਕੇਦਲਭੀਤਰਧਾਇਗਯੋ॥
ਬਲ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ 'ਹਲ' ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ (ਬਲਰਾਮ) ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਲ ਵਿਚ ਧਸ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Highly infuriated, Balram fell upon the army of the enemy
ਗਜਬਾਜਰਥੀਬਿਰਥੀਕਰਿਕੈਬਹੁਪੈਦਲਕੋਦਲੁਕੋਪਿਛਯੋ॥
ਹਾਥੀ, ਘੋੜੇ (ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ) ਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੈਦਲ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
Many elephants, horses, charioteers, soldiers on foot etc. have come under the shade of his fury
ਕਲਿਨਾਰਦਭੂਤਪਿਸਾਚਘਨੇਸਿਵਰੀਝਰਹਿਯੋਰਨਦੇਖਿਨਯੋ॥
ਕਲਿ, ਨਾਰਦ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਭੂਤ ਪਿਸ਼ਾਚ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਵ (ਇਸ) ਨਵੇਂ ਯੁੱਧ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਅਰਿਯੌਸਟਕੇਮ੍ਰਿਗਕੇਗਨਜ੍ਯੋਮੁਸਲੀਧਰਿਮਾਨਹੁਸਿੰਘਭਯੋ॥੧੦੫੯॥
ਵੈਰੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਬਕ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ (ਸ਼ੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ) ਹਿਰਨ (ਸਹਿਮ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ)। (ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਬਲਰਾਮ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੦੫੯॥

ਇਕਓਰਿਹਲਾਯੁਧਜੁਧਕਰੈਇਕਓਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦਹਖਗਸੰਭਾਰਿਯੋ॥
ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਬਲਰਾਮ ਯੁੱਧ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
On the side Balram is waging the war and on the other side Krishna has taken up the sword
ਬਾਜਰਥੀਗਜਪਤਿਹਨੇਅਤਿਰੋਸਭਰੇਦਲਕੋਲਲਕਾਰਿਯੋ॥
ਘੋੜ ਸਵਾਰਾਂ, ਰੱਥਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਰੋਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਕੇ (ਵੈਰੀ) ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਲਲਕਾਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਬਾਨਕਮਾਨਗਦਾਗਹਿਸ੍ਰੀਹਰਿਸੈਥਨਸਿਉਅਰਿਪੁੰਜਬਿਡਾਰਿਯੋ॥
ਬਾਣ, ਧਨੁਸ਼, ਗਦਾ (ਆਦਿ ਹਥਿਆਰ) ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਛੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ ਝੁੰਡ ਖਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।

ਮਾਰੁਤਹ੍ਵੈਘਨਸ੍ਯਾਮਕਿਧੋਉਮਡਿਯੋਦਲਪਾਵਸਮੇਘਨਿਵਾਰਿਯੋ॥੧੦੬੦॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਹਵਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਬਰਖਾ ਰੁਤ ਦੇ ਬਦਲ ਰੂਪ (ਵੈਰੀ) ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੬੦॥

ਸ੍ਰੀਨੰਦਲਾਲਸਦਾਰਿਪੁਘਾਲਕਰਾਲਬਿਸਾਲਸਬੈਧਨੁਲੀਨੋ॥
ਵੈਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਵੇਲੇ (ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ) ਭਿਆਨਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਪਕੜ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
ਇਉਸਰਜਾਲਚਲੇਤਿਹਕਾਲਤਬੈਅਰਿਸਾਲਰਿਸੈਇਹਕੀਨੋ॥
ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਜ ਝੜੀ ਲਗੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰੀ ਦੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
When Krishna, the destroyer ever of the enemies, took his dreadful bow in his hand, the clusters of arrows emanated from it and the heart of the enemies got highly enraged
ਘਾਇਨਸੰਗਿਗਿਰੀਚਤੁਰੰਗਚਮੂੰਸਭਕੋਤਨਸ੍ਰਉਨਤਭੀਨੋ॥
ਚਤੁਰੰਗਨੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ (ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ) ਡਿਗ ਪਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਲਹੂ ਲੁਹਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਮਾਨਹੁਪੰਦ੍ਰਸਵੋਬਿਧਨੇਸੁਰਚਿਯੋਰੰਗਆਰੁਨਲੋਕਨਵੀਨੋ॥੧੦੬੧॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਰੰਗ ਵਾਲਾ ਪੰਦ੍ਰਵਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਰਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੦੬੧॥

ਬ੍ਰਿਜਭੂਖਨਦੂਖਨਦੈਤਨਕੇਰਿਪੁਸਾਥਰਿਸੈਅਤਿਮਾਨਭਰਿਯੋ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਖ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਰਖਿਆ ਹੈ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਯੁੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ)।
ਸੁਧਵਾਇਤਹਾਰਥਜਾਇਪਰਿਯੋਲਖਿਦਾਨਵਸੈਨਨਨੈਕੁਡਰਿਯੋ॥
ਉਹ ਰਥ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਥੇ ਜਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਡਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾ ਹੈ।
Krishna, the tormentor of the demons, in great rage and pride moved forward his chariot and fell upon the enemy fearlessly,
ਧਨੁਬਾਨਸੰਭਾਰਿਅਯੋਧਨਮੈਹਰਿਕੇਹਰਿਕੀਬਿਧਿਜਿਉਬਿਚਰਿਯੋ॥
ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਬਾਣ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਭੁਜਦੰਡਅਦੰਡਨਖੰਡਨਕੈਰਿਸਕੈਦਲਖੰਡਨਿਖੰਡਕਰਿਯੋ॥੧੦੬੨॥
ਦੰਡ ਨਾ ਭਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ) ਭੁਜ-ਦੰਡਾਂ (ਬਾਂਹਵਾਂ) ਨੇ ਖੰਡ ਖੰਡ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ) ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਟੋਟੇ ਟੋਟੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੬੨॥
Holding his bow and arrows, he moved like a lion in the battlefield and with the strength of his arms, furiously began to shop the forces of the enemy.1062.
ਮਧੁਸੂਦਨਬੀਚਅਯੋਧਨਕੇਬਹੁਰੋਕਰਮੈਧਨੁਬਾਨਲਯੋ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ('ਮਧ ਸੂਦਨ') ਨੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਫਿਰ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਣ ਫੜ ਲਿਆ।
