ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਦ ਦੀ ਮੱਖੀ ਸੰਚ ਸੰਚ ਕੇ ਕਿਧਰੋਂ ਦਾ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਲਿਆ ਲਿਆ ਸ਼ਹਦ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਦ ਚੋਣਹਾਰਾ ਓਸ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਆਹ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਲੁੱਟ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਤਿਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਮੂਰਖ ਪਾਪ ਅਪ੍ਰਾਧ ਕਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮਾਯਾ ਦਾ ਜੋੜ ਸੰਚਯ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਓੜਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਹੱਥ ਹੀ ਝਾੜ ਕੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੱਥ ਕੂਚ ਕਰ ਜਾਇਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੫੫੫॥
Similarly an ignorant and foolish person indulges in umpteen sins, collects wealth and leaves this world empty-handed. (All his earnings and material goods prove worthless ultimately). (555)
